well, i meant "Play Next Game" which sims the games in between key games. from the time i was traded to the end of the season i only had 1 key game so i just skipped ahead. -_-

also: i just realized that the glitch where you don't actually play game 1 of the next season happened so i didn't get to see what happens. all of this crap is starting to really kill my fav mode of this game.

I have a all around sg and was drafted by the Pistons, want to play for the Bobcats so when should I request a trade and what are the chances of going where I want to go? Wondering for those who have requested trades to teams

Time to start bumping the difficulty... I requested a trade to the Magic where I can be the only good player and I've just been getting triple doubles easily without really increasing any of my attributes. I'm a 6'10 small forward, trying to be some badass Kevin Durant/LeBron hybrid haha

Oh wow... I requested a trade to the Kings for a Storyline that I'm thinking of. Play the next game against the Blazers... finish the next game, Meeting w/ the GM pops up. I've been granted my request for a trade. I've traded you to...... The Kings!

Went to check the All-Star voting after my trade to the Western Conference, then onward to other rewards. I WAS first in MVP voting when I was with the Raptors. After the trade, nowhere to be found. Still current leader for RoTY...but man, I guess the Kings record is what's keeping me down right now. That sucks. Didn't think about that prior to requesting the trade.

Ah well, just have to get their record up.

It's honestly a 50 50

If a team is weak in your position and they don't need to give up a lot they'll get you ..i like the new system both teams look to get the best offers.

About half. You can get traded to the Bobcats, but the chances of you going to another team is med-high.
For example, I'm 3-pt specialist, drafted by Cleveland (4th) and I wanted to get traded to Chicago to help Derrick Rose, but I didn't get my request and got traded to Memphis and I'm happy that Cleveland GM traded me to Memphis as I'm leading the Grizzlies towards their 2nd championship (winning)

Been reading through this thread and have noticed that after the 1st season some players resign with weird teams (namely Howard and Paul). Does anyone know of any other star players whose contracts expire this season and are known to leave for other teams? I play on PC and have almost reached the end of the season and want to edit those player's contracts now to prevent them from making ******** unrealistic resigning choices.

Nah I play on PC so I can use a roster editor to change anything with players during mid career. I can even make trades and move players around at will but I just want to edit the contracts now to keep the players where they are instead of messing around with it once the next season begins.

Why in God's name does the computer put my 6'3 point guard at the 4 spot for extended minutes? I've been guarding Josh Smith for about 10 minutes and it's ruining my teammate grade because he's scoring at will and grabbing tons of offensive boards.

well went to the Pistons GM and demanded a trade to the Bobcats, put Boston as the second option..simulated and got traded to the Cats..cool...only thing is they traded MKG for me one of the 2 people Kemba being the other I wanted on the team...oh well.
