Has anyone in the NBA ever broken his back? Isn't that a career ending injury or severely damaging it?

I haven't but i doubt any injury is career ending in this mode for the us otherwise a lot of people would be pissed off that they lost their career to an injury if they went through a lot of games.

They can't be making us do that next year. It's way too much work building up VC. I don't blame people for buying it...otherwise you have to play it all day every day to get any good or buy any decent clothes for Blacktop etc.

You paid $60 for the game, you shouldn't have to spend more for anything.

I agree i just buy it now on the xbox on the ps3 i did blacktop for like 2 weeks that was extremely boring after a while.

It probably cost like 80-110 bucks? my b day was a month ago nearly so i had tons of money after that lol

My Kings have lost 12 straight games. After a frustrating loss against the Mavs I was greeted with a notification saying we traded Francisco Garcia for Ryan Anderson so I'm excited to play with him. In a recent game I had 40 points, 10 rebounds, 11 assists, 2 steals and a block. I'm a scoring shooting guard averaging over 25 points and about 7 rebounds and assists a game. In that triple double performance I got my first chase down block! I pinned it off the backboard and it was so sick, I was proud when I got it. The only problem is, whenever I try to load the replay my XBOX freezes! I tried installing the game on my hard drive but the problem still persists. Does anybody know why this happens? BTW any replay I try to load results in my XBOX freezing.

EDIT: Actually I think we traded John Salmons.

We just lost the Game 4 of WCF because coach pulled me out against OKC. After being down 10, we were able to comeback within 1 pt. So after a missed bucket by them, we get the rebound and run up the court with 8 secs left. We had 2 TOs left, so I called a TO once we got passed halfcourt and coach took me out the game. We could have definitely won that game. But, now we got swept.

Started my 3rd season as the Starting PF and the Rookie Center Saunders(no longer a rookie) at Center. Which means Davis isnt a starter. I quickly complained to the GM about, but ANT is still just going to be a backup. That Denver 1st rd we had was a #3 OVR pick. Instead of getting a PG or a backup SG. We get another Center. We have no need at Center.

As a 3PT specialist 5'10" PG, I ended up being the #2 pick in the draft to the Bobcats (I'm guessing because I went nuts in the rookie showcase and went 10/10 from 3 point range. Finished with just under 50 points.

Anyways, I'm in my 3rd season with the Bobcats now, and the team has shuffled the deck a bit. I told the GM that I wanted Zach Randolph; they worked out a deal that sent Gerald Henderson and someone else for Zach Randolph.

Next season I told the GM that I wanted Kevin Love; they worked out a deal that sent Kemba Walker and Tyrus Thomas to the T'Wolves for Love.

Lineup is now:

PG: Me (averaging 23 points and 7.5 assists while shooting over 50% from the field and 43% from downtown)
SG: Ben Gordon
SF: Kidd-Gilchrist
PF: Randolph
C: Kevin Love

Bench:
Delonte West
BJ Mullens
Hans Klein (13th overall pick, 70 overall PF/C with freakish athleticism)

Bobcats are currently sitting at .500, which is good enough to be the 4 seed in the East right now.

I want to sign an extension and show the Bobcats that I'm loyal, but it keeps locking up whenever I try to, so I guess I'll just have to go to free agency and see what happens. I'll check out some other teams and see if it's a good situation for me, but I'd like to return to Charlotte if Kevin Love and Kidd-Gilchrist return as well.

All signs points to me definitely leaving and hopefully signing to ORL. This team(NOH) is good. Our Frontcourt in whole is great. We just dont have reliable backup SG and SF, and a starting PG. The main reason is that I wouldnt be able to reach my goals being on this team. Since we have reliable scorers throughout lineup, I wont ever be a 20+ PPG guy here, especially with Eric Gordon here. Another thing is that I really dont like Anthony Davis having to be a 6th man and the fact we used a #3 pick on another Center.

I would consider asking for best rookie PG available. But, ORL has the best Rookie PG too. So in the last 2 drafts, ORL has gotten the best PG in draft. This rookie PG isnt as good as Demunyck , but does have higher potential. He is short(5'10), but has good Athleticism, good Ball-Handling, and good Defense. But, he is does shoot the ball alot like Demunyck. He isnt as good of a passer and shooter as Demunyck. Demunyck is better this year. His shooting has improved, his pass and Off AWR is 89, and better Defender. He should get some Sig Skills next season. My main hope for them is that they can get another Player next draft. They are 4-12. As long as they dont get another PG or a PF, I would definitely go there. I hope that player is an All-Around player like the SF on my PG career. That player is an Athletic player that is a stat-sheet stuffer (comparison is Wilson Chandler). Or a Defensive wing player. With my going there, It will turn into a defensive team. They already have the perimeter defense at PG. They just need the wing defense.

Being on that team, I would expect my stats to rise. My rebounds should increase since they dont have someone over 7.2 RPG, Blocks should be higher, and Points since they dont have any legit scorers besides besides the PGs. Our team is stuffed with legit scorers and rebounders, which lowers my PPG and RPG in simulated games.

So far in 15 games(only played 3 key games), we are 9-6. Im avging 16.9 PPG, 8.5 RPG, 2.2 BPG(since Davis isnt starting), 59.8 FG%, and 80 FT%. I have been playing 5 min Quarters for awhile now. I just want to get the season over with. I have 9 key games left in season because I am the starting PF now. So, 4 of the games are against Clippers, 2 against ATL, Cavs(signed a star PF), 2 games against NYK. I should be able to get those games down quickly since it is only 5 min Qs. But, I fully expect there to be more key games toward the end of season. I just hope it isnt like last year where I basically had to play the last 12 out of 13 games.

I had been 1-1 on 3 point attempts. I had a week of 4 games, 2 non-key games, then 2 key games. I played the first game then hit play next key game, it simmed the next two games, that pissed me off and then for some reason the CPU decided it was a good idea for someone with a 39 3pt rating to take 3 3p shots in those 2 games.

I scored a career high 56 and had a career high 21 assists, both team records and league highs, against the Bucks. For the first time I sat almost the entire 4th quarter during a blowout, it was about 119-73 when I sat down, the CPU outscored us 45-17 in the 4th and made it closer than it should have been. I had a career high 6 TOs last game, 4 of them weren't my fault, but.... eh.

7 games until the playoffs and I am 1st in MVP votes and ROY, it wasn't until the recent patch that really had to start scoring big to win games, this is when I pretty much locked up the MVP. Westbrook, LeBron and I were trading places in MVP votes for the majority of the season. ROY has been locked since mid-December when I became a starter, Davis was leading but his 15.1 ppg, 10.8 rpg and 1.8 bpg averages pale in comparison to my overall season. Lillard was in the conversation but he got injured and missed 27 games(until the patch wiped out injuries).

Just started a new My Career. 7'ft Center Athletic.

Mainly because i wanted the speed up front. He gets up and down the court and can JAM on the break.

Rookie Showcase Stat line - 22pts/13rebs/2assists/1blk/1steal.

I went 5th overall (sacremento), was told they want too move me too PF to team up with D.Cousins. We shall see how that goes. If no good, i'll ask for a trade

Wow that's some serious b.s. I play as a center too and and if my GM drafted a center with their 1st pick two years in a row I'd want out too. It probably wouldn't happen in real life when you consider how well you've been developing. ORL would be a great fit especially since you'd be filling that huge hole D12 left the team with. I'm planning on staying with the Raptors for at least 6-7 years and I'd like to win at least 2-3 titles before I leave, then win 1 or 2 with Kyrie wherever he is at that point in my career.
