I'm on the knicks as a pass first pg. I can tell you how to get there doing that playstyle but if you're using any other I don't think my stat combination will work.

What position/style are you trying?

I'm usually a scoring/All-Around point guard but I don't mind switching to pass first if it gets me on the Knicks. I just need a general idea of the stats you got and even the team mate grade.

LMFAO carlos boozer did BLATANT basket interference and pushed a shot that went in straight out and there was NO call. this game lmfao although i aint mad because he was on my team. also in the GM sitdown they still refer to the pelicans as the hornets.

Why is Kevin Durant basically a role player in my career, who plays nothing like his real life self. But when you go against kd, he plays exactly like his real self. I'm getting irritated with how they haven't fixed that. Players being beasts and playing the way there supposed to when you face them. But when they get on your team they play nothing close to there real self's and sometimes play so bad and unlike the way there supposed to, that they make you regret trading for them. It makes it hard to build a good team and be a franchise player when this happens.

I only play mycareer as a pg and normally what I do when I first get the game is go through the showcase game multiple times and write down my stats and the various teams that interview me after each run through.

Then I go look at teams who I feel will benefit greatly from having me and then I decide what team to go to. I don't look at any team whose starting pg is 80 or above in overall. Then I go back and repeat what I did to make it onto that team

The benefit of that to me is that I earn vc (I had $7k before I even played my first game for the knicks...who needs to preorder to get 10k vc lol) and I get a good feel for how to play the game (since 2k changes the controls every year).

So this is a tested formula. Here's what I have for the Knicks:

To make it to the knicks as a pass-first pg

you need a "D" teammate grade, 3pts, 0 ast, 0 rb, 1-2 Turn Overs. If done correctly the nuggets, Knicks, Suns, thunder all will potentially interview you

Also, the SM challenge is pretty cool, but getting 10+ assists and points does not count as a double double?

10+ points and 10+ assists in the same game IS a double double.

10+ of anything in 2 separate stat categories = a double double.

so a person could have 10+ rebounds and 10+ steals and it's a double double

or 10+ assists and 10+ turnovers (though the high turnovers will earn you a spot on the bench in real life....or at the very least an embarrassing "film study" the next day as this is considered a "bad" double double).

Created a 6'11 Center/PF because that's what I had the most fun with in 2k13.. After 6 games he's a 67 overall, did 2 legend camps.. finding it almost too easy to at LEAST get a B+ grade, just by setting screens and boxing out.. I get maybe 6 shot attempt credits in a game, plus get fouled on 3-4 other handles, but can't get more than 5 rebounds to save my life even if I get the 'good box out' increase on a missed shot.. the guy I'm boxing out gets it nearly every time.

I was drafted by the 76ers..and the game doesn't seem to like them at all this year.. 15 turnovers a game, mostly players dribbling to the baseline, standing there dribbling then they're out of bounds. I guess I really need to get my teammate chemistry to 90 or so quick because I only get docked for calling for the ball even if wide open.
