    Not to mention I bought the pack not knowing the glitch had occurred (thanks for the heads up CD) and not knowing a TON of players had just opened as many AS packs as they wanted, for free. I was shocked and excited to see I got a Star, I seemingly never have good pack luck, only to soon find out that it was nothing special anymore.

      Lets say people already pro those " free AS players". If really rollback, what will happen to those wild cards and star contract that has been used to pro them? They don't come cheap too. CD has to admit this is their mistake and have to compensate those Pay2Play players. We can't blame those who took advantage cause afterall its the developer fault and there wasn't anyone working in the weekend to rectify the problem immediately.

        Literally only the players who paid for something the past 2 days have any right to be upset if they reset it back to Saturday morning. They are easily in for more disputes if they don't reset it from paid players. A LOT more.

          We've covered literally all that already and I don't think anyone is saying the people who took advantage of the packs are at fault. No matter what CD does someone is going to be upset but they have to do what it's in the best interest for the majority of users/the game in general and their bottom line. The latter will usually win though

            This is something that could be worked around though. Like they would obviously return credits purchased during the time, there's no way around that one, but they could easily do something like a 50% off pack with a guaranteed star, similar to those Christmas ones.

              Considering the potential amount of actual money directly tied to this issue I find it astonishing how quiet CD has kept, leaving paying customers completely in the dark seems almost unethical. Customer service needs to be drastically overhauled in my opinion...

                I agree, they should leave a public announcement in the game that they are doing something about it instead of private message to other players. Not everyone knows about this issue and those doesn't know are still spending for packs innocently.

                  I believe its because it is basically a holiday. I think we'll hear something tomorrow. No way CD lets this be.

                    So my team just activated the good agent perk for two hours and I pulled 1 leg, 1 30 board star reset, 3 epic board clears in a row (with 2 Willis Reed)...

                    and 4 star contracts.

                    I'm still leaning towards quitting if nothing drastic happens. Even now, I 100% want the rollback to before the pack fiasco.

                      And here I am, waiting patiently for my fourth star reset, after my previous ones were at 258 (star+), 257 (star+) and 237 (star++).. I'm at 237 right now.

                        I agree. Having an issue like that in the game is terrible for sure handling it that poorly is beyond word. Incompetence at its finest. I mean they have a tumbler tfor the game... Last time they put information on it :
                        - Release of RS cards ... They didn't even document star tier was launched there...

                          As a company there communication is horrific so none of this is suprising even if its a day off.

                          For WWE they said "come back monday" for the 1 year anniversary and dropped a Season 2 with absolutely no information what so ever.

                              Not exactly sure but they seem to only update from 3pm UK which makes me believe they are on the west coast of the US. Ramon3MR who is 2k always posts about San Francisco
