MyTeam Mobile Discussion

wheres is their company...when will they start to work?

They are on the west coast of the US. They do everything by PST time.
So I don't think they even get into their offices for 5-6 hours and if they haven't already decided on a plan it could take a lot longer for any official statement and/or decision.

At that point they have to bring everyone together. Find out what happened, asses the damages its done, how many people affected, before they can even start to think about what options they have to fix some of this.
It wouldnt surpise me if they take all day to figure this out, and probably will be wednesday before they make a statement.
Which will screw them even more as that leaves them with little time to get things ready for the RttC pregame which is supposed to go up tomorrow!

I guess they do what they always do! Throw down the Ban hammer!!

You tap fast? Banned!
CD screws up with free packs? Banned!

I profited from the free packs. But have been thinking about just training them away. Im holding of though untill they decide what to do, as i used 1 WC on these AS cards.

If they decide to ban everyone that opened packs (being 5 or 50 doesnt matter) im not gonna dispute my ban, i will be done with this game!
If they decide to do a full reset, which results in my 150k RP being taken away, WC lost, my 2x post Packening resets lost and my Kawhi RC card lost, im also gonna be done with this game.


Has anyone drafted a claim email to send to Google or Apple to get refunds for all the money spend on this game?
I could definitely use one, as that would be my next course of action.
Maybe if they decide to throw down the ban hammer we can all mass send in our claims?

I still think they should make a statement in some form today. They don't need to take action but if they don't make any type of statement today then that would be very bad on their part.

I'm interested in what decision they decide to make because they're not going to be able to please everybody regardless of what they decide.

Well u r gonna cry with ur RPs and WC for proing a card u got for free because of some glitch or error and u are threatenibg to quit? Come I'll give u some tissue or I'll lend my shoulders. As for taking advantage of the said "Packening" u as a player should have foreseen what could happen next. Just real talk it is as if you are going to delete those cards or train those away. Whatever actions are taken forward take responsibility for abusing the said error/glitch. Everyone is affected even those who were not able to get the free packs.

Really interested in what they have to say about this. I've probably thrown more money then I should've at this game. Would like some sort of reasonable compromise for the glitch (even tho yes I did pull three packs) I just found it funny how I could pull more stars (2 out of 3 free AS Packs) then I could from burning $$$ the last week or two on 2-3 RS Packs, 2 HOF & 4-5 AS Packs (between 2-3 5k packs, 1 3750, 1 3250). And no it wasn't a "Ha Ha " funny either especially when I pull just 1 Star (all star) Dirk during the 25%/3750 sale.

Here is a "cash" idea for CD (read: screw the users aka highly likely for CD)

1. All glitch cards will be flagged.
2. All users with glitch cards will be charged with 500 credit per pulled pack, resulting in a negative balance if necessary. (We're gonna look at our TOS to see if we can straight up charge your credit cards)
3. Users will have the option of deleting all flagged cards to reverse all charges. Any users with lost wild cards and star contracts can submit a claim and will be reviewed on a case by case basis (read: when hell freezes over and we've exhausted all other activities in the office including our 8 hour power nap, we'll review those claims at a glacial pace)
4. Anyone with negative balance after 7 days will be banned.

For the benefit of users who were not able to take advantage of the glitch, well have a 7 day 90% off sale on AS pack.

We'll release a new sub tier (read: something to render those AS cards obsolete) once the dust settles. (Note to PR, internal note, not for public release)

The seasons that where started during this time will all be coming into the Playoffs if they do wait until Wednesday to say anything.

I am currently first but that is only due to energising a hell of a lot. I can still lose to those below me because they have been slowly leveling these AS cards and will certainly dump me out.

After seeing how many packs could be opened i realised this was probably not what CD intended. But at first i tought it was some kind of happy hour and definitely not a glitch. Because the sale clearly said 100% off and charge at the bottom 0.
If it didnt clearly stated 100% (but say a different % or no % at all) but charged 0 credit sure it would be pretty obvious that it was a glitch or error. But in this case there was no way to know for sure this wasnt what they intended, especially since it lasted the entire hour and CD didnt respond for 2 days.


I actually trained away a lot of the cards already, but yes i still have a few that i either used a WC or already attained single on.
Is that criminal of me that im waiting to delete or train them away until CD decides what to do?


I havent used any of these cards in season or RC (as if it would matter in RC anyway). So should i lose any progress i legitimately made after this packening?


Its those type of responses of guys like you that feel utterly frustrated they werent able to take part in it, and thus focusing that anger on users that did.
I should take responsibility for my actions and perhaps lose all of my progress made?
Thats why CD gets away with this crap time and time again without consequences, because us players have to take the hit every time.
Its time for them to own up to their mistakes for once! They should take the hit this time not the players, no matter if u opened packs or not!


A lot of regulars already quit before this even happened. I hope you enjoy your game and the forum should many of these remaining regulars be banned or quit themselves.

But why should the players get punished for a mistake they made? It's not our fault the packs were made free, or that CD is to lazy to come in and work on a weekend to prevent issues like this from occurring. Before they take the AS cards away they should have to give back all cards used in training them. As a company it's completely their fault and they should have live with the consequences. This is just my opinion and I understand why some disagree.
