I will give my confidence to CD and I think they may be analyzing data from the accounts. Every card if is well done the game should leave a trail . When , how, why is active in the game.
And that takes time . Let's have a little patience, better to give a final solution and not a possible solution .

Wow. Just wow. Every reset I have had (4) has been > 237 boards. I track flawlessly too with a touch screen app I made, which logs not only what I picked, but when..

I hope you are right Jesus, but like badman said, they should at least acknowledge that they are looking into this. We can wait, but we wanted them to official say that is what they are doing. Right now, it just seems like a normal day for them.

Even if they were figuring out a way to address the situation, no statement or acknowledgment about it is poor form.

No official comment on here or Twitter or their blog. By not stating anything, it makes it seem like they're just going to sweep this under the rug.

To me it feels like they are doing this on purpose. If they issue a statement that they are aware and are working on a solution it means they actually acknowledge something went wrong.
It takes away an option for them, which is to completely ignore anything is wrong.
With CD not saying anything they keep all options open.
They are 3 days late with a statement anyway, so it doesnt do anything for them anymore now.

Just touch and go from any web browser.. It's on my own server and is only really set up for one person, but it took less than 5 minutes to do.. Makes life easier

If it was my business I would have already made a statement to reassure my clients. But it is not mine. Saying nothing can be good sign, but you are right , the lack of news creates nerves and impatience.

I think you are referring to the message that he was on a mountain right?
He didn't actually acknowledge anything there, just that he would look into what people claimed had happened when he is back in office. So even that was not much of statement. Much more of a: Hi im back!
