CD will probably release a statement which goes something like this:

"We are aware that all-star packs were mistakenly being sold for 0 credits for a short period of time on Saturday. While we understand that this is unfair for the majority of the players who have worked hard to build up their decks by playing the game and/or purchasing card packs, we have examined the data and have determined that only a small portion of the player base was able to take advantage of this temporary change in all-star pack price. Since this is a fault on our part, we are not going to penalize any players that purchased the all-star packs during this time. We are therefore not going to delete or remove any of the cards that were obtained during this time. As a consolation to all of our players, we are giving each player 10,000 RP, which can be used to purchase cards on the AH. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding."

If that happens I will be requesting a refund through google play for the $500+ I've spent on this years app

Maybe they could do something like give permanent stat charges to all normal star cards so that their stats are better than all-star cards. Idk if that's even possible but if it is I think that's a reasonable solution.

Just a thought though, but since it was for an hour during the afternoon of a weekend Rivals Clash which would been seen as the peak time. It could have affected a hell of alot of decks.

They could just be figuring out how on earth they are going to have the man power to manually go through all accounts and remove the AS Cards.

Just a thought though, but since it was for an hour during the afternoon of a weekend Rivals Clash which would been seen as the peak time. It could have affected a hell of alot of decks.

They could just be figuring out how on earth they are going to have the man power to manually go through all accounts and remove the AS Cards.

They wouldn't have to do that it would be as easy as all all-star packs purchased it this hour are null and the code could probably delete them

Even if they were figuring out a way to address the situation, no statement or acknowledgment about it is poor form.

No official comment on here or Twitter or their blog. By not stating anything, it makes it seem like they're just going to sweep this under the rug.

They can change stats up like they did to Star RC and HOF just before PO tier hits to make them much stronger for 2k15.

Exactly. Something so that we know they are at least working on it. We are kept in the dark with no official announcement since it happened. Are they saying this is normal?

Really wonder about the people in charge at CD. It's like they forgot they have a fairly larger base of people that play the game and were impacted by this in one way or the other

They could really use someone with some PR experience to join the company not just for myNBA but for WWE and NHL too. It's like getting blood from a stone in regards to any sort of info from them aswell as having some round the clock support.

The first even in Season 2 of WWE took them over 12 hours from the launch to actually get into the office and announce that there was a problem with picks then a further few hours to actually fix.

Yes, it seems Supercard is secondary and NHL is more like a test hub for them. Star tier was implemented in NHL last week, no announcement was made. I know that it doesn't have as much of a player base as NBA, but still.
