He shouldn't. Stephenson is better in my opinion and Turner has to integrate in Pacer's system before even being considered a starter.

I think so too. As good as Granger is, the Pacers transformed into an almost completely different team during his absence due to injury. The offense without Granger was a concern early, but they patched that hole up rather quickly. So yeah, poor Granger. He's basically the married army vet who went overseas for some months and came back to a "it's not working out" explanation lol.

I think so too. As good as Granger is, the Pacers transformed into an almost completely different team during his absence due to injury. I've seen this happen to many players in the last decade and half, sad situation really. Your example gave me a laugh, perfect comparison.

But thats where this is win-win. Behind Stephenson, they have Rasual Butler and Orlando Jackson. That's not the recipe for playoff success.

Turner can backup both George and Lance when rotations shorten in the playoffs. That's more valuable to a contender then a bench guy who only plays one position behind your best player. And upside is still there as a sixth man type.

Meanwhile, Philly trades a sixth man type and a chump for a potential All-Star talent.
