    LOL at anyone risking buying stuff at this point. The game is full of bugs and glitches, and customer support is nonexistent. Why would you risk giving them any money when there's absolutely no guarantee you'll get anything or any sort of help? At least for now...

      Hi guys. I have some strange graphic issues with the game. Ihave a black screen the whole time, only the writing is barely readable. Any solutions? Btw my phone is Infoucs m320. I had no problems with Mynba2k14. Can't post screenshot yet, just registered.

        It is a known issue, that I noted in the Release Notes. Just Combine them using the side scroll menu button instead of the Combine button in Mycards. This is fixed in the hotfix for Android, and already fixed for iOS.

          Your account is still there, just log back in with the same login details. Card data is all stored server side, and we don't delete it.

            NWGameDad some of us have claimed the daily lottery twice in a day after we've claimed a rookie card and now we have to claim the rewards and we cannot save other cards and timer doesn't reset for 24h.
            What can we do?

                Send in a Feedback ticket. We are trying to get a good repro case of this bug as we have not been able to get it to happen here. We can reset your clock/picks to get you working correctly too.

                  I have tried logging out and back in, I have tried logging in with both the microsoft account that it is linked to and the gamecenter account, I have also tried both individually. Every time it still says start your collection today and when pressed goes to the team choosing screen. It shows that it is linked to the xbox live account fine, recognizes the name, gets vc just fine. But I can't get back to playing myteam mobile.
                  I just decided to see what would happen if I choose a team and the application crashes when I press proceed. I have also tried uninstalling and re installing

                      Received my loyalty cards too, but after the update I can not see my cards but only texts ??

                            I too have got the dreaded black screen, none of the images are showing up after the hotfix installed. I've uninstalled, deleted cache and data etc etc and yet it doesn't help... At all.

                              I reinstalled the old version and I kept my loyalty cards. For now everything works

                                I've wrote on feedback but I didn't received any mail and the problem persists.
