    My Total lost with errors in buying packs

    1 1000 credits and i found cards No perk
    X2 100 credits and no cards No perk
    1 85 credits and i found cards but No perk
    MVP: RttC Parker
    best card: RttC KAT Pro

      Hi,
      please have a look.

      When tapping on the daily goals "cup" (interactive panel) in any of the two screens (blue-VC daily or yellow-Myteam card game) the app crushes (to be precise it is put in background, if you resume it will re-log from scratch).

      Anyone else having similar issue? It happens sice yesterday 15th Novemeber, more or less since the challenges did reset.

      it is very annoying.

        My bids are showing that I have 4/5 bids even though I have none. This occurs when I try, unsuccessfully, to bid on something at the last second. When I succeed, the card goes to my auction outcomes, and the spot in my bids gets freed up. When I fail, it's because someone else has already bid higher, but the spot in my bids doesn't get freed up.

        I've written in about this, and I've seen the bug posted on here a couple of times. Why is it taking so long to fix?

          I am getting 0 help from the support e-mails what so ever. I've heard of giving people the run around but damn...

            They finally replied to my email on this the other day. Said to restart the app and wait 24 hours. That was a few days ago. I restart the app 20 times a day... Still showing that I have 9/5 bids. At least if you only show 4/5 you can still bid on cards.
            Definitely seems to be caused by "flash buying" on the AH. The foil pro legend I got the other day for 8,000 helps , but it would be nice if they would fix it.
            Still haven't gotten a reply on the team perk I didn't get because of a "network error" when buying a pack (which seems to happen to lots of people).

              Yeah, they gave me the same advice, and it didn't work for me either. Let's see how long it takes for them to acknowledge it.

                Our team Atlas fire has a problem with our new goal perk. The waiting time for a new one expired and we should see a new goal, but...
                We don't see it. It shows neither a time neither what we need to do, please fix it.
                I sent to CD support this problem also.

                      I lost RP on a bid and sent in a support email when it happened. I got a reply back in choppy English to reply back if I was still having a problem so I did, then different email was sent to me to try and close my app and to reload it, then send them a feedback email....

                      Really? They are so giving me the run around. I believe I sent in a feedback email when the app first came out and they replied for me to send them an feedback email...

                        Yeah, I've noticed that they like to give people the run around on issues. Strange way to handle customer service.

                          I having a problem with my card totals. When Im playing Quick games and my card total goes to 140/150 and im playing the next game and im win that game. I get 0 picks and i have to pick an card, but got nothing from the board.

                            check your unclaimed cards from the AH. they count against you in your total card count but don't show up in the display and if you're at 150/150 from that you encounter this bug.

                              I was disappointed in seeing nobody here had this one..
                              I have the same problem too.
                              Do you come from Italy?
                              looks like it's an italian problem, lots of people complaining about it lately on play store, maybe some messed up translation or something...
                              I've tried uninstalling the app, clear the cache, clear data cache, change graphic quality and disable sounds without finding any solution

                              Please CD help us gain some more credits. :wink:

                              P.S. any chance we can play with the app remembering our steam password and id, I must type them many times
