Okay, to answer your question professionally, they were here until a few weeks before the release of Elite. It's when they were shocked to find out what everyone's issues were with the game after the Venice event and that was a wrap for that.

I really enjoyed talking with one of the guys from Canada. He was really nice and helpful. He set a standard for what communication should be like from the developer with the community. Especially on a sports franchise. I forgot his name, but he will be missed!

The EA guys won't even appear on their own forums, so they're not gonna come here anytime soon. When things are looking good for them, the blind can see them, when things are looking bad, even SEAL Team Six can't find them.

You are not lying. They have been in bad shape ever since this gen started in my opinion so their best bet is to wait, see the technological advancements these next-gen consoles provide and start rebuilding the franchise then, if they can.

Subversion is saying that the guy he spoke to was a developer. He isn't calling stephon a developer.

Goodness, you guys are really jumpy when it comes to this game.

Used to talk with him all the time, good dude. Even he revealed to me they needed more time on that game one Dev cycle was not enough for Elite..

I think it was a matter of him misunderstanding the question and the combination that someone he respects is getting lumped in with that terrible game.

Meh, it's kinda like how you have that guy on one of your favorite sports teams (Say, your Knicks) and some dude says, "Yep, the reason we lost that game was because Chandler couldn't score", when, in actuality, had Amare been playing some defense and grabbing a board every once in a while for the game wouldn't have gotten out of hand.

See what I mean? Or, it could be a Laker fan defending Kobe. "If Steve Blake had hit his open jumpshots and if Pau would man up...."

But, yeah, I get what you're saying. And he did misunderstand him.

youvalss asked had a developer been here recently. What followed was basically responses to that.

Bottomline though, Monday is another week. There should be something on the game officially then. Not another day should be going by without something from them.
