I have now played almost half of my first season in dynasty with Orlando. I play every game, absolutely no simming whatsoever. Anyway I noticed something almost shocking last night.
When you go into player stats, you can look at their stats from last year as well with a touch of a button. Obviously last years stats are 'real'. Well what I did was look at my players stats this year and compared them to their 'real' stats from last year. What I found amazed me.
The top 8 guys in minutes played, that actually played last year shooting % were all within a few 100's of a percentage point of their 'real' stats. For example. Steve Francis last year I believe shot .402 In my season he's shooting .403 after about 40 games. Mobley, Tukoglu, Bogans, all the same. PPG were very close, Rebounds, I was amazed. The ONLY thing that was off was FT % But I have that at 100 and I can't make it any harder.
I am just really impressed at what they did with Live this year. The results you get are so believeable, yet they don't feel fake or scripted.
