    starting 5:
Soph PG Otis Cobb, 5'8, was a 4* recruit, strong ballhandler and passer, streaky jumpshot
Soph SG Josip Vagas, 6'7, 4* recruit, was 6'6 or maybe even 6'5 when i recruited him, great mid-range shooter, good slasher, good defender
Soph SF Othello Boxler, 6'8, 3* recruit, good midrange shooter, HIGH FLYER, catches alley oops from Cobb in transition, good rebounder, good defender
Senior PF Darius Cox, 6'8, inherited, very athletic, good offensive rebounder
Senior PF/C Andres Chiles, 6'8, inherited, undersized, but great touch inside, has had a 38 and 12 and 28 and 14 game this year, struggling lately.

    off the bench
6' PG/SG Teddy Blackett, good scorer, solid mid-range and 3 pt shooting, good dribbler, good passer, good slasher, will likely be a career 6th man
6'9 SF/PF Terrell Dunnington, solid shooter, good rebounder, very athletic. excellent option off the bench

at 18-11 last year that was my best record so far, definitely should win 20 this year, and if i don't get a NCAA tournament bid to me its a failure
currently on a 5 game win streak, just popped Austin Peay in the first rematch since they ended my seasonlast year and i beat em 113-58 (yeah, i ran up the score, sue me)

right now i'm sittin at 18-7 (10-3), so this is already my best season as a head coach, i have 3 very winnable games before a rematch against Tennessee Martin 15-7 (13-1) who beat me in the first conference game of the year. they are on an 8 game win streak and could have that streak up to 12 before our matchup, i have been watching them closely because i NEED someone to knock them off.

recruiting wise, i'm in the lead for a 5* JUCO Fr shooting guard, a 6'5 guy who should just add to my athleticism. he will likely come off the bench for me getting minutes at the 2 and 3. also have 2 world recruits, a PG and a SG, both 4* that i'm looking at, as well as a 3* SG 3 pt. specialist (something i desperately need) and a couple 3* bigs. i have 7 schollies and am hoping to sign those 6 to go with my very talented young players. part of me wants to stick around to see my first TSU recruiting class of Cobb, Vargas, and Boxler graduate, but also i want to jet out for a larger conference asap, this is my 3rd season here, played every game so far for year 2 and 3, i will likely stick around at least 1 more year but if the right school opens up, who knows.

I have a question. In Legacy Mode (or in all modes, really) is there a save & quit feature?
      Unfortunately no.

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!

so i put my VMI career on hold for now. Unfortunetly, got a little uninterested in it. I started a new one with Sacramento State in the Big Sky (probably my favorite small conference). I always said id do one with Sacramento St since the game came out and never did, so i figured it was time.

Only played 1 game, and won big against College of Charleston at home. My PG got a solid game of 14 pt, 12 asts, and 7 steals. Great performance overall as all my starters hit double figures.

Big games I have if i can remember are @USC, @Michigan, and @Kansas. Have a average schedule to start off before 3 or 4 straight home games where i should win all of them, and then have a road trip which is Michigan, Detroit, then Kansas on my way back to Northern Colorado to start conference play. Also, I have 2 nonconference games scheduled during conference play. One is against UC Santa Barbara (the other team i considered starting a new legacy with) and the other is the 2nd last game against New Mexico i believe.

I have different sliders that i usually have, so im hoping that playing away at the big schools provides a much bigger challege than usual, where i can always win at least one road game against a tough team by 10. So im hoping that changes. I have 3 scholarships, and with my starting PG and SF being seniors, those are 2 holes i want to fill

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!

Started a new legacy with Miami with their schedule from this season. Started out slow in the season opener against Jacksonville, but just like the real game I had a nice streak in the middle of the 2nd half that got me ahead and won the game.

Game 2 was at Memphis. Funny thing is I started the game at midnight without even thinking about it. This was a great game. At times I thought I had it in the bag and would run off with the lead, but then they would come back and I thought I was definitely going to lose for sure. We ended up going through two OTs before we decided a winner. I lost 98-101. I was 2-4 in the first half from 3, finished the game 2-17 from 3. Malcom Grant was 2-20 the whole game, but did draw a lot of fouls. Reggie Johnson had a monster game with 21 rebounds and 29 points. On the season he is averaging a double double with over 20 ppg and 15.5 rbg.

Up next I have Rutgers. Hopefully that game varies from real life unlike the other two and I come away with the W.

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!

After reading all these i started one about a week ago with my freind. we both pick the same team and compare seasons.

We Chose Wagner and I am pretty pleased with thier roster.
                Year 1-21-13-NIT Semifinal

Heres the thing. I won the regular season conference and lost in the semis in the tournament so I didnt get a spot in the NCAA tournament.
BUT my freind who was 13-16 made the NCAA tournament. MAN I feel jipped sometimes haha.

So far though it has been fun at Wagner and look to stay here at least 3-4 years

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!

I decided to bring this game out again and start a Legacy with a up and coming team on sim only to try and land a power job and build that school. I don't know why I don't just choose a power school, it feels more real to me if I get offered the job rather than just picking. Plus, sometimes it's an Alabama or Seton Hall who's I can rebuild.

Will start out with San Jose State and see what happens. Keep you posted, literaly.

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!

year 4 now at Tennessee State after the two unsuccessful years @ Northern Colorado.

last season ended with me winning regular season and tournament of the OVC, losing to Marquette in the first round of the NCAA tournament, first appearance for me in the tournament.

had 7 scholarships available, signed 5 guys and received a transfer, don't think i should have accepted the transfer because i don't know where/when he's going to play... he's an all around guy when i am in need of specialists.

                            so here's who i signed:
JUCO FR. Maurice Hodges, 6'6 SG, he's a 75 ovr B+ pot, athletic wing player getting about 10 minutes per game

#44 PF #278 OVR Clinton Burke, 6'7, 73 overall, coming off the bench for about 20 mpg for Dunnington and my other freshman Alexander, he can stretch the floor with a solid 3 point game.

#52 PF #322 OVR Trent Alexander, 6'9, 73 overall this guys a banger, great rebounder, solid mid-range game

#35 SG #117 OVR Calvin Mathews, 6'5, 71 overall,3 pt specialist, off the bench for about 10 mpg

4* world prospect PG J.B. Matsui out of Japan, 5'11, 68 overall, great 3 point shooter, he's redshirted this year

                            Starting 5:
Otis Cobb, 78 overall junior pg
Josip Vargas, 78 overall junior sg
Othello Boxler, 70 overall junior sf
Terrell Dunnington, 68 overall sophomore pf (plays way above his rating, recruited as a small forward, at 6'9 230 he gets minutes at center and is a matchup nightmare for opponents)
Trent Alexander, 73 overall freshman pf

                            6th men:
guard, Teddy Blackett, 79 overall sophomore
forward, Clinton Burke, 73 overall freshman

obviously the freshman Mathews and Hodges get minutes too, but it depends on who is playing well and what i need off the bench at the moment

                            Career:

                            07-08 Northern Colorado 10-17
                            08-09 Northern Colorado 16-16
                            09-10 Tennessee State 18-13 (simmed)
                            10-11 Tennessee State 18-11
11-12 Tennessee State 27-9 (first round)
12-13 Tennessee State 6-3 on a 5 game win streak including wins over Tennessee (two years in a row now) Arkansas and Gonzaga

its december 5th in the game right now and i've got a december 28th tournament matchup with #10 Arizona on the horizon, they are a 93 overall while i'm an 83

i think i'm going to have to jet out of TSU soon, as conference season is going to become pretty boring this year and in the years to come, hopefully i can get a job offer from a A-10 school or a WCC school, i'd love to build up a rivalry with Gonzaga in the WCC

keep 2 saves of this legacy and use one to play all the games! it will be fun as hell, you will also have the other to sim until you get to a power conference
