Holy hell.. where have I been? JET had absolutely no right to put his hands on Davis like that. There's no excuse for him to. He was not "off the court" trying to get back on it. He simply put his hands on him when he had no reason to. No sense whatsoever in that.

Why do you say it's physically impossible? He throws him straight back. That's easily done. Davis was off balance anyway, but still, all it takes is a minor shove/throw and you hit the ground.

And "flopping" doesn't apply in this case. This is not a basketball play. The ball is dead, there should have been no contact between the players REGARDLESS.

There's no wonder I hardly ever read the NBA forums anymore.

Baron did act by laying on the ground like he got shot but Jason Terry threw him down and there's really no way you can't see that, unless you see through Maverick lenses of course.

But that's not the same as "flopping" during the course of a game regardless. Yeah, he laid there on the ground, but he had every right to IMO. Terry did not make a basketball play. He pushed a guy to the ground (with, or without the force, it still happened) which shouldn't be tolerated.

And to say he did it to "Try to get back on the court..." Look at his feet on the video.. he's already on the court. He was frustrated that Davis tried to get the ball from him, and take it out quickly. Just like when Melo pushed Ginobli last night. It was blatant. It was a frustration play, but at least Melo's happened during the action, and not during a stoppage.

I didn't mean that he flopped, just that he acted a bit. But yeah, that was uncalled for.

But of course they are. Can't remember the particular style, but Rayban Aviator in the Gunmetal color. Very comfortable, and pretty durable glasses. Just bought some new Rayban Highstreet 3249's the other day... They have "the Rock" look to them, haha.

I agree... He overreacted, but there was still no place for that to happen.

Oh well, I guess tempers will get flared in the heat of the moment. Can't wait until tonight. Game 6 baby!

They have led the NBA in scoring for the last 3 years. Tell me what kind of offense do you really enjoy? Do you prefer one on one basketball and hope the superstar can make some specatular move like Lebron or have 5-6 guys in double figures where everyone is involved as a TEAM.

The reason these "BUMS" make their 3's is because they ARE WIDE OPEN. The suns don't chuck it, they try to find the best shot possible. My guess why you are hating on the suns is because you wish you had a team that can play like them.

Not to mention they are one of the top teams in the paint.

One of the reason they can't run thr triangle like they used to is because they don't have a dominant post up player or at least a above average one. O'neal is a above average post up guy I think, and I think trading Bynum for him and you have a great team..

People always talk like they need MAJOR help, when it is just guys that can get things done consistently. If Kwame gets 15 rebounds one game, he's not getting that the next game. Smush gets 26 points one game, next game it's not happening.
I disagree here. kobe has a very serious post up game which is why I don't get why he chucks so many long perimeter shots.

lamar doesn't suck from there either.

I'm bringing this up because I'm sick of Golden State fans whining about the Mavericks flopping all the time. Newsflash, every team in the league does it. Stop pretending that your team never does. It gets old.
Yeah we all know everyteam does it, but jeez the way Devin Harris plays gets OLD fast.

What happened is that he was born with excellent quickness and speed, thus giving him the uncanny ability to stay in front of just about anyone. Defense is all about being in position and if they try to go through you, you fall down. He does do it a little too frequently sometimes, and those are usually where he gets himself into foul trouble. If it's an obvious flop, then the zebras usually dont give him the call.

Thats my point.... Unless im mistaken he was a top notch defender at Wisconsin. Making solid stops and drawing the occasional charge.

                              Now its in reverse.

                                BAM!

He does try too hard sometimes and thats when he sucks to try and get the charge or foul going to the basket, but for the most part, its pure frustration by fans who see him falling down. He's hard to get past 1v1 (apose to PnR) and thats going to create alot of contact on defense with guys on GS that are determined and arent going to back down from a challenge.
