I agree with Rasheed you get what you get. But without him in the 4th the Pistons would of not won. He made a lot of key jumpers to keep it a 1 point game.

Still waiting for Webber to bust out a little more. I dont know if he's tired or just in a slump. Same goes for McDyess.

I never look at Mike Brown when their shooting. I will have to check that out. That's kinda bush, I realize players do that but coaches?

Facts are, Marshall should have made it. Then we're all talking about one of the great assists.

MJ passed those shots up to win championships. He always knew the value of team ball also. Steve Kerr won a championship on an MJ assist.

Sure, MJ had made many before...but they don't come bigger than the actual shot to win the ring.

MJ passed it up...and it was a great play.

He also passed it to Scottie in like 3 playoff games vs. the Knicks in the final seconds. MJ got bashed for it in the press, but he always said Pippen was open and he would do it again.

Should Bron have took the shot? Probaly. At this point, it's really not a big deal however. It's a learning experience and he moves on. The guy is 23 years old........at that age I'm happy that he trusts his teammates so much.

Good stuff. That's how I felt about it and I'm a fan of neither team.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

To those saying he would've probably got the foul call.. watch the game.. watch how many times he got hit driving to the hole with no call. Watch when Rip tries to even take the intentional foul on the breakaway, and the refs STILL wouldn't call anything. He wasn't getting the call.

It was the right basketball play. This coming from a Cavaliers fan. I want to see him make great plays down the stretch... not individual plays, but as a team. I want the shot that is going to give us the best chance to win. He gave it to us.. it just didn't go. End of story.

About that LeBron pass, my theory is that he passed because he was one assist away from a triple double, and he wanted his stats to look nice.

Magic was dishing to Byron Scott (MVP) Kareem (MVP, 50 greatest) and Big Game James(50 greatest). MJ was dishing to another 50 greatest in Pip, and the all-time NBA leader in career 3pt % in Kerr...

LeBron dished to Donyell. Bad call.

Anywho, watching the game again, I'm very proud of the boys. I was a little pissed about LeBrons low output, but it's not his fault...the gameplan called for him to distribute, and the Pistons were commited to the Jordan rules. In the first half LeBrons support was excellent, and had LeBron hit a few shots or gotten a couple calls, we could have pulled away. Ah well, Detroit weathered the storm as usual, Sheed made some strong defensive plays, and Mr Hamilton (yes, *MR.*Hamilton...I defy anyone to make a case that Richard Hamilton would not have been LETHAL in the 80's) was big play after play. We don't allow PnR's...we just don't...so Billups was kept under control, but as championship calibur players do...Mr. Bigshot nails the eventual gamewinner. Grimy basketball at it's best.

                Game 2.

Yes Donyell, who hit six threes to put the Nets away and was still probably full of confidence from it. But you're right though, anywho.
