Getting to the Finals isn't all that bad I guess LOL. It's not as if he had Pau for the entire season.. next year it should be fun for Laker fans.. and fun for Bryant detractors not giving him much credit for anything he does. Instead it'll be "OMG look at who's playing beside him". Fair or not, that's just how it'll be.

Re: Lebron vs. Kobe?
Kobe is the most spoon fed player in the league and maybe ever.
Look at his contract
He cried before the season started because for 2 years the Lakers didn't have talent lol funny because some people haven't had a good team around them they're whole career and cry less then Kobe they just go out and get the job done.
The 2001 Sixers wasn't loaded with talent yet Iverson put his team on his back and lost to a great Lakers team.
2006 Cavs not loaded with talent but Lebron did the samething.
T-Mac never has talent but they penalize him for not making it out the 1st round he has it now but either he's not healthy or Yao's not healthy
It's alot of superstars that way but Kobe gets spoon fed.Lakers fans cry for kobe talking about his supporting cast didn't step up,I don't feel sorry for him at all because atleast he has the talent and best nba coach ever around him he's the one suppose to step up and lead the team in those situations not his role players the FRANCHISE player
So all in all Kobe has a great skill set but he's overrated in my book. I would take LJ anyday because it would be scary to see a nice team assembled around him, heck just give him one more legit superstar.Last edited by NBA2k8 CHAMP; 07-29-2008, 03:02 AM.Comment

Soooooooo what's the point of the OP asking the general public who the better player is, only to argue when someone doesn't agree with him?#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: Lebron vs. Kobe?
Ahh I knew you would show your true colors. Judging from your post history I knew this type of post would come. So basically you don't like him as a person/businessman.. this entire post has nothing to do with Kobe vs. LeBron as players, merely your disdain for the former.
Glad you've finally decided to air yourself out
No not really up until the finals I gave Kobe his props I said he was the best in the league.
I love watching Kobe play and could care less about the business act but he's a cry baby and a overrated player in my eyes now.I still think he's top 5 in the NBA at this point but he's not head and shoulder above everyone like I once thought but I can see Lebron currently is the best in the NBA.
So i took the top 2 perimeter players and asked who was the best that's where it came fromComment
