Nothing really to say I knew that one of the ligaments were tore, thought it was the ACL though. Should be interesting in the west.

The first thing I thought in my head was "deja vu" as well. What I don't like though, is that if the Lakers make it to the finals and don't win, people will all say "But if Bynum wasn't injured they would've won it all" but we shall see. Hopefully he can be back quicker than he was last year.

I don't see a point for looking at the playoffs right now. Only thing I can think about is how down Andrew is right now. He hurt his knee in high school he hurt it last year and he did it again this year. Can't help but think about what kind of future it will be. Although the one this year was more of a football injury. A fluke on the hardwood.

Lakers will still win the West. Spurs will be on our *** though. All the other teams out west have gotten worse.

If by worse you mean better than yeah the Spurs [Mason Jr.], Hornets [Posey], Rox [Ron] all got worse this year.

The Hornets roster wise are better, but they are playing no where near how they played last year. The Rockets are not worth mentioning, as they will never be healthy. Spurs were already great.

Yet again, nobody thinks about the Nuggets. Healthy Nene/K-Mart + Chauncey's leadership + JR's continued growth + Melo's 25/8/4 every night = tough to contend with in the playoffs

They're definitely improved from last season despite losing Camby and Najera.

You guys stand no chance now. The Lakers need home court badly, and with Bynum out, you can forget that.

                          Damn.

Actually upset by this because this is 2 years in a row where we see Bynum coming into his own, only to have an injury cut possibly his season short again.

But maybe he'll be able to come back from this a bit earlier because when Osi Umenyiora torn his MCL, there was initial talk that he would be out the season(which he was)but then I heard another report that he could've came back and played last season.

You are right. Forgot about the Nuggets, sorry. Portland is better too.

If by no chance, you mean no chance at a ring then I agree. If you're talking about getting out of the West, you forget so soon that L.A. made it pretty far last year without the big guy.

And I wouldn't say the Lakers needed HC BAD but it definitely could've helped them moreso this year than it did last year.
