Yea, bashing the OP for HIS opinion.
Thankfully and luckily, we haven't had that same problem here.#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: ThreeKing's Greatest 50 players in NBA History
All these lists seem to have one thing in common:
Jordan is always number one. No one ever seem to argue other wise. Is it really that clear cut? Is the gap between him and the rest of the top 5 players really that wide? Is he really the G.O.A.T bar none? Could Russell, Wilt, Magic.....etc ever be considered greatest of all time?
As far as impact on the league and player credentials, Jordan is vastly over rated. Kareem did EVERYTHING that he did, Magic did EVERYTHING that he did and was probably the most influential player EVER(due to him saving the league, plus monster numbers), Bird did just as much as he did and was probably the second most influential player in league history(due to him saving the league, plus monster numbers).
The overall effect Jordan had on basketball is VASTLY over rated. Sports fans put him on a pedestal, like he is some basketball God... and you, not surprisingly see him worshipped as such:
"There's no way player A could ever be like Mike!"
"No one will ever be as good"
etc.
There was a better player than Jordan WHILE HE WAS PLAYING, in my opinion in Olajuwon. He just didn't have the team Jordan had. And before anyone says anything about Jordan+Pippen+scrubs=championship, think about this:
The Bulls', during their last three championships, had two of the top three all around players in the game(Jordan, Pippen, Olajuwon), three defensive first team players that are recognized as some of the best defensive players EVER at their positions(numbers 2, 3, and a top 10 defender in Rodman), the best rebounder in the modern era of basketball in Rodman, a solid all around player in the mold of Lamar Odom(more range, easily. less rebounding ability) in Kukoc, and the best three point shooter in the league(Steve Kerr's percentage over their championship years = 47%).
There was enough all around game on that team from Jordan, Pippen, and Kukoc alone for everyone else to simply be specialist players, but when you add the fact that the Bulls' specialist were near the top of their specific categories in the league, it's a no-brainer they were a championship caliber team.
1A. Michael Jordan
1B. Magic Johnson
1C. Larry Bird
1D. Kareem Abdul Jabar
5. rate accordingly(preferably Olajuwon, who is vastly under rated)Comment

You can go ahead and make that a red card, or ban me, bro, cuz I stand by my points. I don't think EC was trolling and I do think people need to ignore the bait as DTX3 said. You can disagree with me, or them, but your "warnings" don't change my opinion.Comment

The "edit" was me adding "eyup" after reading DT's comment. Apparently, I'm a real problem around here, HAHA. I think you guys might be seeing my last days on the forum.Comment

The warning stays. For you to come here and stir up something that
1. had nothing to do with you
2. something that was dropped yesterday
3. completely ignored posting on topic
Have your point but I've had enough of this laker crowd vs the other garbage.
Any other issues you have PM me or talk to MillineumComment
