But the Eagles, Cowboys, and Redskins fans are even lamer than Giants fans.

Giants fans are easily the best of the four (though that only puts them at the fourth most annoying fanbase in the league).

Knicks fans don't have any equivalent. DC, Philly, and Jersey fans are pretty low key (minus the Iverson stans in Philly). Boston fans are bad, but seriously, who talks to Celtics fans?

Everyone hates the Yankees, but they are more like the Giants with the most annoying fanbase in pro sports in the same division.

Yep, you're absolutely right. That's a qualifying offer listed on hoopshype, I just remembered seeing the name with some money on the books for this season.

Still though, Haywood and Morrow for the right price wouldn't be a bad thing at all to throw along side an Amar'e and Gallo. We'd just need to grab a suitable PG to run the offense. (I'm not sold on TD as of yet, but I do like his game)

The Cavs would have to do some S&T trickeration with a combo of Wally/Z/Shaq to take on contracts and would also prolly need a third team. NO is looking to shed Olafor/Peja/Posey rather than equal talent value for CP3.

Rumor is that Noah/Deng for Bosh S&T and max dollars for Wade. Everyone gets paid, everyone is happy. Dengs contract comes off, Reinsdorf doesn't have to worry about paying Noah next season, and you can fill the roster with any number of cheap street FA's...and TOR gets two very good players instead of watching Bosh walk for nothing.

Boshwade would be quite a coup for the Bulls.

Sounds good, but I would keep Noah at all costs if I were Chicago. Noah and Rose should be untouchable, because Noah is a championship roleplayer, like Andy or Perk.

Boston has the most annoying fans in sports (Celts, Red Sox, Pats), I don't know how I made it through four years of college up there.

Morrow's price is $1.29M I belive, Golden State came out and said.

I'm worried that there has been absolutely no mention of pursing a center. Nothing in the draft, not a peep in free agency yet. All about Amare and guards. They can't be seriously considering have Amare as our 5.

                'Gree.

Don't think they have a choice tho. Taj Gibson gives them some flexibilty (and a few more years on a rook salary) but then again, I don't think Bosh wants to play center.

Maybe they spend a little and keep Miller, but that still gives them no answer for Howard...man this is crazy, but kinda fun to speculate.

It is fun. Yeah, without an inside presence, I don't think they can beat the Magic. Honestly, depending on what the Knicks do, they could lose that matchup as well. Amar'e might eat Bosh in a one on one. Chitown would have the rebounding advantage(unless we resign Lee or get a big to play the 5), but I'd have some real concerns about their ability to stop interior scoring. I really think Noah is the piece that makes it happen for them. Honestly, if they have to get rid of Noah, I think it'd be much better for Bosh and Wade to go to Jersey. Jersey could give up Favors and work the S&T, and Harris/Wade/Williams/Bosh/Lopez is a better lineup than a Joakim-less Bulls team, IMO.

LA fans are annoying from my interactions with them on message boards, but I've only met a handful in real life.

I was only speaking about the northeast and mid-Atlantic regions.

They would be absolutely dreadful from 3, but maybe they wouldn't need that to win.

Yeah, that starting lineup doesn't really scare people as far as three point shooting goes, but they do have a couple of guys on the bench that can drain it: Dooling and Lee.

                            Dooling has been released.

Part of the problem with running to play with Rose is that he really needs a big and complimentary help on the perimeter. If you take the ball out of his hands, you neutralize the entire point of playing with him. You go to play with Rose, you go because you want him to be really dynamic and running things at the end of the game.

Clearly Rose is a great guard, but if he is not going to be the leader of your team, I think you have to compare him a little differently with a dynamic scorer like Harris. At this point, you're not comparing them in a vacuum, but rather how they fit with other people. I think Harris is better to fit with a true Alpha Dog like Wade, because Wade can make spaces for him, and Harris has peaked so you don't mind him deferring.

Ultimately, we don't know what Rose's ceiling is, so you don't want to neutralize his growth. So it's better to surround him with complimentary perimeter players, and dominant frontcourt players, rather than the other way around.

All great points but we both know the Bulls aren't telling Wade no if he was to agree.
