I think he should have the press conference fed through a webcam, no reporters or ESPN ppl/equipment there. Keep his location secret. And he's standing in front of a black curtain and whips open the curtain and it's the skyline of whatever city he's chosen (as in he's in a penthouse suite at a hotel in the city he's going to). The curtain opens, he looks down on the city he's about to own.

Only problem with that plan is that if he choses Cleveland and opens the curtain 99% of America won't have a clue where the **** he is.

If it's Jersey, he'd be better off just keeping the curtains closed then LMAO.

LeBron is not an idiot. I think he knows if he goes on live TV and says "I'm outta here" he's done irreparable damage to his image and name in Ohio.

That being said...I could very well see him going up there and saying he's leaving. My head and gut says Cleveland, my heart says Chicago or NY.

Losing Cleveland and gaining Miami/New York/Chicago is only a loss for Cleveland. That's like a 19 year old kid who hangs out at the little clubs for kids that aren't 21 being able to get into any 21 year and up club and his friends and owner of the kiddie club tells him if he goes to one of those clubs he ain't welcome back to that one. Ummm...okay see ya. Hahaha

LeBron is not an idiot. I think he knows if he goes on live TV and says "I'm outta here" he's done irreparable damage to his image and name in Ohio.

That being said...I could very well see him going up there and saying he's leaving. My head and gut says Cleveland, my heart says Chicago or NY.

He cares a LOT about his image. We all know this. Would he really do this knowing the irreversible damage he would do to his image here??

I don't think Akron will hate him cause he'll be there's no matter what. He was never really Cleveland's. Akron will just be happy that one of their's made it. I mean...and I'm not even trying to diss the town, but who of any relevence to the world is from Akron, OH outside of Bron? Who ever thought of Akron when thinking of Ohio before Bron?
