Shaq was active??? I thought it was because Dallas was stupid enough to double team him every time down the floor and Wade was running free all over the place. I mean jesus, the guy averaged 35 a game.

Did you watch the series?

The refs were ridiculous. It's a well acknowledged fact. Typical ref behavior: "Oh, a Mav looked at Dwyane? 2 free throws lol!"

Look at Shaq's stats that year, he was definitely active.

Yeah I watched every game. I don't find it ironic that a Mavs fan is complaining about the refs but whatever.

And weren't we talking about the finals?? Antoine Walker averaged more a game than he did, give me a break.

The Miami Heat will still be D.Wade's team and people will look at LeBron as the Robin to Wade, possibly helping him get a few more rings. Unless LeBron win 2 or more rings without Wade on his team, his door to being the GOAT is closed.

Wade needs LeBron, but not as much as the other way round. Wade already proved he could be the man that carries his team to a championship. He established himself as a clearly better player than the declined Shaq in their championship run. Since then he was injured for 2 seasons, and the year he came back healthy he had arguably the best individual performance in the league.

If LeBron cannot win without Wade, he will be remembered as a Pippen type of player. People probably will agree that he's better than Pip, but they are not going to compare him with Jordan. In Pippen's case, people point to his all-around game, all the talent, and the winning season without MJ. But People will also point to him not winning anything significant without MJ. I can see the same for LeBron if he is going to get his rings only when paired with wade, who will always have one more than "The King".

In a perfect world where Wade didn't have a county renamed after him and lead the team to their first and only championship (not to mention Finals appearance and just they're second and third conference finals appearances ever) then yes, yes it probably would. But has Wade ever in his career performed a chasedown block the likes of which would make Lebron James comb his Rick Ross? Has he scored a basket from half-court effortlessly? Can he take fake photographs and dance after converting a layup and getting the foul like Lebron can?

If you answered "no" to any of those questions (not all, we don't wanna make things too difficult for Lebron), then it's clear who the man will be. Too many nightclubs in Miami...

Lebron will play it as the Heat being "Wade's team", but anyone that actually thinks that Lebron will not be the main cog is out of your mind.

Me lose brain? Uh oh!

How the hell is LeBron the main cog of a team that Wade has been the main cog of for the last seven years? If Wade goes down this team is screwed cause LeBron has spent the last seven years showing us he couldn't lead a blind man into the path of bus let alone a team. If Bron were to go down, Wade and the Heat would still make it to at least the ECF and probably beyond.

Wait what? LeBron isn't a leader? I thought storming off the court after a loss was representitive of good leadership qualities. Or quitting on your team in the second round because you know your shipping out. Damn, I guess we were wrong all along. Lol.

This isn't and will never be LeBron's team...EVER. Unless Wade dies, then maybe but this team for now and the forseeable future is Dwyane's team. He's given them 7 great years and did what LeBron couldn't, win a title. In all this Wade is a genius, he just got the biggest superstar in the NBA to ruin his legacy to help build his. I guess staying in college pays off huh?
