Apparently if he sponsors more than that it doesn't become a public school, it's then a private institute, which then limits how many at risk children can even attend.

The Rock has been using juice for years now and is obviously going to be more muscular that most any normal human. But if Barkley dwarfs him this much there is no telling how big LeBron looks next to him.
