        With rip we have

        Rose|Watson|Lucas III(?)
        Hamilton|Brewer|Bogans
        Deng|Korver|Butler
        Boozer|Gibson|Scalabrine(?)
        Noah|Asik

Even though we have, what I think, is the best four person big man rotation. We know Booz will miss time, and Noah will likely miss time. So I'm wondering if they will go after any C's with Big Sexy going to Portland.
I was hoping we would have went after Richardson but after seeing the amount Orlando gave him they can have him. I was also wanting Affalo but for the money they talking they can keep him as well. I wouldn't mind bringing in Crawford at well. Having seen pretty much every game he played in a Hawks uniform I think he could help us and possibly a lot more than Rip can. I have seen a lot of people talk about Jamal being a hog and ball stopper but they clearly didn't watch a lot of him in Atlanta. He was a very productive player for them and didn't do close to half of the ball stopping Joe Johnson did. He also didn't complain once about coming off the bench or his role on the team. He came across as a guy who finally grew up and started to get it.

As far as bigs go I wouldn't mid us getting another one. You can never have too many bigs.

WOW! Would be a huge get for Houston, even though they'd be overpaying...what would Memphis do at that point? They'd need a Center and McRoberts aint the answer.

The word was last year that Memphis wanted two first rounders from us for Mayo. There is no way Mayo is worth giving up two first rounders.

All Knicks can offer Crawford or Barea is $2.5M "room" exception. Not going to cut it for either guy

The Rockets are working to sign Marc Gasol to a 4 year, $55M offer sheet, sources tell Y! Memphis would have 3 days to match, or lose him..
                WojYahooNBAAdrian Wojnarowski

Memphis is probably inclined to match the sheet, but if not, they can work a sign-and-trade with Rockets to get something for Gasol."

                    Hornets would probably do this:

                    Pacers Receive:

                    Chris Paul
                    Emeka Okafor

                    Hornets Receive:

                    Roy Hibbert
                    Darren Collison
                    Paul George
                    Tyler Hansbrough

                    Leaves pacers with:

                    Paul
                    Mayo(?)
                    Granger
                    West
                    Okafor

                    Hill off the bench
                    Chicago Bulls
                    Chicago Bears
                    Wisconsin Badgers

Well they already gave Rudy Gay a max deal. I believe ZBO is getting paid near max money, they probably couldn't afford to give Marc max money and he doesn't deserve that one bit.

I don't think so my brotha. Granger would have to be included in any deal. Plus a lot of draft picks. I don't think it's realistic after thinking about it. Indy would have to gut their team, but do you think CP3 would sign an extension?

Supposedly at the trade deadline last year the bulls offered Ronnie Brewer and 3 1st round picks (2 of bulls, 1 of heat)

                          But they declined

I think Memphis doesn't like dealing with Chicago for whatever reason

Chicago could trade Asik and picks for Mayo and then memphis gets a big man

Edit: it was actually 2 first rounders and a second rounder http://archive.chicagobreakingsports...-for-mayo.html

Oh, forgot about him. Well I'd still say we probably go after a veteran center maybe to relieve Asik and Noah, but I think we'd be fine with Rip. He gives us the secondary scorer we need.

Rose will get his 25+ a game, Rip and Luol would combine for probably 30-35, and Boozer will get his 14-16 a game. Noah would probably get around 6-10 points a game. And that's just the starters. I think we'd be fine, we just primarily needed another scorer who could create his own shot.

Everyone knows if Kobe/Dwight teamed up in L.A they would be a force to be reckon with. Even though it would be hard for them to win a championship. And yes, Kobe's still an elite player who can tear through every defense if he wants to. People seem to forget what he has done all this years. It's a damn shame how people can hate and trash talk on the Lakers.
Dude, no one's trying to bash on Drewski or anything. I'm just tired of his Laker-bias rants about Kobe, Dwight and the Lakers.

And Kobe can tear through every defense if he wanted to? LOL we'll see come Christmas Day.
