According to Bulls beat writer KC Johnson of the Chicago Tribune, the Lakers was asking for Noah, CJ Watson OR Taj Gibson and two first round picks for Pau Gasol.

Really? Even if Gasol was in his prime, I'd hesitate to even think about it. And most Bulls fans know me here, I'm very hard on Noah BUT I do see that he'll be more valuable in the long haul than Gasol would.

I'm sorry but Pau Gasol is not the answer for the Bulls. Don't get me wrong he is a very good player. But he just doesn't fit (in my opinion) in the Bulls defensive minded basketball. I could see it working if they could keep Noah some way. Gasol would give the Bull a different threat offensively. But I think they lose too much defensively to make a trade like that.
