I think Austin is better off the bounce than both of those guys at the same point in their careers even though he still favors his right.

I can see him having a similar career to Ben Gordon. He could probably start but he could anchor your 2nd unit offensively. You're 100% right about his form though. Elbow flailing out to the side is strange considering the NBA pedigree. I guess you have to look at it as a positive in the sense that it is fixable so he should improve as a shooter.

I think his handles are better by a good margin but he doesn't quite know how to use it consistently to make his life easier yet. He tries to do too much and be too fancy at times. At least he finally started pulling up for short 8' floaters/runners as the season went on in stead of trying to take everything to the rim even when there were three defenders waiting for him.

But I agree, I think in the NBA he'll eventually be better than either Gordon in that regard.

Don't worry, the Wizards are doing the same. And neither is bad enough to fall lower than teh Bobcats.

I think the comparison someone made earlier between Rivers & Rodney Stuckey was pretty good. I've always thought Stuckey would make a great 6th man drive guard, and I think that's where Rivers' future is. Not sure he can take all the contact Stuckey absorbs though.

Well I could only agree with you in the terms of Davis becoming injured. Which I am doubting that what your saying has anything to do with his health. Im sure a lot of spectators would be shocked if this guy is a # 1 pick and he's a bust. I just wonder why on earth would you think he's a bust? From what I have seem he looks solid. Of course he needs to develop offensively, but cmon a bust ?

Son is a toothpick. Like, worse than KD levels of tooth-pickie-ness.

Not only that, but I can't think of a single thing he can do well in the NBA.

His athleticism is ,in all honestly, average in comparison to the rest of the NBA.

Bust if he's taken in the 1st round.

He's a legit 6'9" that shoots and handles like a guard. He'll be OK, probably taken in the late teens.

Average athleticism, coming of an ACL injury, doesn't have a true position.

He needs more seasoning, as it stands he's just another tweener. At least Beasley, and Derrick Williams dominated. Miller has a lot of work.

Miller is not that same type of player, he'll be a smooth scorer....

Baylor's system is ridiculous, they had Miller and PJ3, two obvious wing players whose play styles complimented each other very well, just to constrict them to the post with no freedom whatsoever.

I don't think either Baylor stringbean has the skills to be a SF in the NBA.

Miller needs healthy wheels and some bulk, PJ needs motivation...but skills aren't an issue for either, IMO.
