Brandon Jennings was a pretty big deal his rookie year, it's just that he hasn't progressed the way people thought he would. Add that to missing the playoffs last year, and of course people will stop talking.

But I'm not asking why you're not buying into the hype. I don't buy into the hype either. Some people have this kid being a perennial all-star. I just think he will be a solid NBA PG. But what I am asking you is how many games does he have to produce like this before you stop calling him a fluke. All I want is a number and the convo will be dropped.

I've said he was balling, what more do you want me to say?

Or do you just want me to give you a number so if he passes that number, this thread will be bumped back up just so you or anybody else can say, "I bet Pack doesn't think he's a fluke now".

People need to stop confusing non praise with h-a-t-e on here all the time.

People are allowed to be excited over this kid. What he's done is pretty insane but the real test will come when melo and amare comeback.

I can tell you right now

Melo comes back, turns back into a "black hole", and we are back to the Knicks when they were healthy.

BTW, Lin is definitely for real. Anyone who watches his game knows that.

But he is not THIS good. Not unless you are ready to tell Wade, Kobe, LeBron, KD, and Dwight Howard to move aside.

He's playing at an unbelievable level, but this level is not sustainable.

I agree with both points. He's definitely for real...he's 6'4 and has legit court vision + a great b-ball IQ. Long term, he's real.

He also won't keep this streak going. That's not expected though and no one plays at this level all season. I am guessing he'll come down to earth v The T-Wolves next game as the Knicks have spent a LOT of energy the past week. I expect them to lose next game and then pick it back up again next week.
