Think it's a little hypocritical for the Seattle fans to be so excited.

We are trading one fanbase that doesn't deserved to be screwed for another.

I agree. I feel like absolute **** for Sacramento and Kings fans. And I feel like a jerk for being excited about it. It's unfortunate that it had to come down to something like this.

Feel bad for Kings fans though, they've been pretty loyal through these struggling years and now they're gonna lose their team. But it'll be great to have the Sonics back, just wish we could keep the Kings.

I don't think anybody is excited about Sacto being butt punched by the Maloofs

I think they're excited because they get a team...especially since they were actually screwed over much worse.. its not like the new owners are pulling the wool over Sacto's eyes, this has been in the making for years now

This is a key difference. Chris Hansen never tried to pretend like he was going to buy a team and keep them there like Clay Bennett did. He was always crystal clear with his intentions.
