I always root for the Spurs, but sure those statements are true of most casual fans. Just can't believe that the Magic made such a moronic trade. Gotta put it beside the trades for Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Kobe Bryant if they win another NBA title. That's still a big if because I believe that Miami and Oklahoma City are still better.

Coach Pop & R.C. need to go out and sign Greg Oden while trading Matt Bonner or DeJuan Blair, ASAP.

I'm pretty sure that was in Staples too.
He played in the finals? I heard Miami and especially Lebron dispute this point as he was a no show.

And Kobe has played in many finals...and actually won 5 titles. The Kobe vs. Harden smacktalk is hilarious, so stop it now please.

See Orlando, you should have picked Okafor when you had the chance.

You know I actually got used to interacting with humble, realistic, non-****-talking Lakers fans like ex, Boltman, Drewski and Rawdeal (sorry if I forgot anyone else, there's quite a few of y'all). Thanks for reintroducing me to the reality that is almost all of the Lakers fanbase: rude, arrogant, constant-****-talking douchebags.

One thing that I think may be overlooked is the dynamic of the team.

Its the COMBINATION of Nash and Howard that really places this Laker team well above where they were last year. This combination gives the Lakers a dangerous pick n roll game. Something I havent seen us utilize effectively, since, well, seems like forever ago. Lol

Thats an added weapon. Another area where the Lakers can look to gain an advantage.

                Post presence...Check
                Kobe...Check
...and now we're adding what I'm assuming will be an effective PnR game.

Not only that, but Nash can run the show whenever we have our bench out there, making something out of nothing.

And one thing I noticed is it seemed like The Magic (J Nelson) could not deliver the ball to Howard as often as he should have gotten it when he had good position. Same could be said for Bynum last year on LA. Inability to feed the post consistently was a small problem on both ends. Nash pairing up with Duhwight should alleviate some of that for both parties.

Now will that make LA better than OKC? Only time can tell. They're just as good and will be even better than they were last year. So I dont know. What I do know, is that the Lakers are much better than they were last year by adding the Nash/Howard combo.

Happy that Dwight has landed in LA. Still behind OKC, and the Clippers look really good on paper. Spurs just won't die. Going to be a uphill climb for the Lakers. Like our chances though.

Just ripped open a bag of Frito Lay's Chips in remembrance of Andrew Bynum.

Hope the Sixers get the new Ruffles Ultimate version of Drew. Those chips are more sturdy.

Honestly Lopez's contract is enough to not make me want him.

I'm waiting for the NBA to hold/cancel the trade, trololololol.

In all seriousness I wonder what Howard will do after this season? Stay with Lakers or try to get with the Nets?

I also feel like Lopez/Hump are better than everyone makes them out to be.

I think I'll catch flak for this but I still think:
                            1. Heat
                            2. Lakers/Thunder
