Re: 2013-14 Transactions Thread
Mahimi will be fine, Bynum's career is over in my opinion. Physically he's done but mentally he's even more cooked.
Shannon Brown signed a 10-day contract with the Spurs. Watch him ball out now.Comment

Greg Oden might pull through for Miami.
Don't think Bynum will replace Ian but I wouldn't be surprised

Re: 2013-14 Transactions Thread
This team this year is really a perfect storm though. PG and Lance are still playing on their rookie contracts. Don't expect this kind of stacked roster next year when PG's max deal kicks in and Lance who needs to be resigned. Not saying they won't still be contenders, but in order to resign Lance we have to make moves to free up money(i.e. releasing Scola, letting Granger walk). Hell Lance could be gone altogether if some team offers him a crazy contract.Last edited by z Revis; 02-01-2014, 02:20 PM.Indianapolis Colts

Lol I don't think so. Maybe Scola. Granger hasn't really played that well yet. And until proven otherwise Bynum is washed up and only getting contracts because of his past and that he's still young.

I really feel this team will be a legit contender for as long as you can keep PG and Roy around. The other spots won't be too hard to fill.Comment

Yeah we're gonna have to have an answer for him in a few years. Sounds like this is his last contract before he retires(I believe he said that when he resigned last summer).
I agree with you oj. I'm just saying Bird's ability to get this kind of roster together is mostly due to the fact that PG and Lance are still playing on those cheap contracts. Not saying Indy won't still be factors moving forward, but this is probably the best team they'll ever be able to assemble without going into the LT unless Bird can find some other hidden gems in the draft like he did with PG and Lance.Indianapolis Colts

Re: 2013-14 Transactions Thread
Saw a bleecher report rumor of Suns trading okafer for gasol maybe throwing in a first. Would be OK with that since the suns need so more bigs for a playoff run and would really be giving away something we don't really need
