Im sure its a chance to get players low risk for cheap without giving up any picks or assets. Im sure any team looking to improve in a spot or two would do this.

I guess with all these signings, Miami will most likely have to resort to Metta World Peace, unless Liggins can somehow prove his worth.Comment

Well, looks like Jimmer it is. Hope the change of scenery helps him. I don't like it, but I would love nothing more to be eating crow when it's all said and done.
The Chicago Bulls are closing in on the signing of former Sacramento Kings guard Jimmer Fredette, according to sources close to the process.
The Chicago Bulls are closing in on signing former Sacramento Kings guard Jimmer Fredette, according to sources close to the process.
Sources told ESPN.com on Thursday that -- while stressing a deal was not yet complete -- serious mutual interest between the sides has made Fredette's landing with Chicago look increasingly likely.
After completing a contract buyout Thursday with the Kings, Fredette can't officially sign a contract with the Bulls or any other team before clearing waivers Saturday at 5 p.m. ET.Comment

Do you guys think the Heat need to get another PG? Chalmers will be a FA next year and I don't really know how aggressively the Heat will try to resign him. If he does leave though, I think Mo Williams would be a great pickup for us.
Any thoughts on how he's played this year Blazers fans?"To the last minute, to the last second, to the last man, we fight"Comment

I say the big 3 opt out and resign a little less, and they try to make a run at someone like Lowry.. I think Daren Collison will be available as well.Comment

Bulls waive Erik Murphy who is then claimed by the Jazz. Bulls possibly bringing back Ronnie Brewer and/or Mike James. I ain't mad at that. Though I thought the deadline for signing guys to be on the playoff roster had passed? So what would be the point?Comment
