Nothing about Parker makes me at all believe he's a 4. Where do you see that?

He can be a stretch 4 in the way Harrison Barnes is...which is run the pick and roll and then post up the smaller defender off of the switch. Basically taking advantage of a mismatch.

He's a 3 though.

Aaron Gordon is a tweener. Reminds me so much of Terrence Jones/Derrick Williams right now. If he shows me he can faceup and hit the jumper consistently then it won't be a problem. I haven't seen what his first step is like in an in-game situation. If he shows me he can beat guys off the dribble out of the triple threat then I think he can play the 3. He might struggle though, because his handles are Harrison Barnes shaky (when Barnes was in college) right now.

Yea I don't get what he is saying at all. I don't know any 4 that can make it steal and go full court and finish between 3 defenders.

Yep. Haven't seen a draft class this talented in terms of skill in a while. More teams may go to a more small ball lineup with skilled players all over the court. The days of the 7 footer is over. It will be a long long long while before another Shaq, hell, even Hakeem show up to revive the 7 footer era.

Idk if it will be a great of a class as 2003, just because that draft didn't just have all-stars but 3 or 4 of the best players of all time..

But as far as depth, unless a lot of these guys bust, I can't remember a draft this deep in any recent years. Lots more talent as a whole in this class.

Tell me how Jabari Parker is anything like those players.

Again, I believe he can certainly play the 4 in limited minutes, much like LeBron, Melo, Artest, Gallo and Durant do in certain situations. Parker is much more like this list of players than the ones above.

Point being, Parker is a 3 who can play the 4 at times. I don't see how he's going to be a stretch 4 for extended minutes.

Thank you! He has too much skill to be a 4. Parker play point guard on the right team and thats as far as I'll go.

if you have the size, can rebound, and can hit outside shots your a stretch 4 capable person...

i also said he is the size of a strecth 4 esq player...it all depends on his team. some would use him as a 4, some as a 3

I hear you on that, and I even said Parker can play the 4 in situations. I just wouldn't expect him to play that many minutes at that position.
