The same Antoine Walker that made the All-Rookie team and made his only 3 appearances in the All-Star game as a Celtic?

Not a bad pick if you ask me. At least he flamed out after he left Beantown.

Everyone freaks when they hear something like that, but isn't it just as disrespectful to compare Wiggins to LeBron, or a young Kobe/Carter to Jordan?? He may be the next Hakeem, he may be the next Kwame Brown, but at this point in time I don't think it's necessarily disrespectful, or even close to it.

if you dont have a legit C you take embiid, otherwise its wiggins all day if you arent trying to make a run into round 2 the next season
If, IF Embiid isn't healthy or the doctors believe he'll always have these problems, they should take Wiggins.

If not, Embiid is clearly the better talent, IMO. Passing on guys with that type of talent is not smart.

I guess we just got to agree to disagree. I think Wiggins is just as good of a talent, if not better.

of course the state of Ohio doesn't want to change it, Cavs fans have to have something to cheer for every season.

There is seriously something wrong with Cleveland winning this thing every other year. How do they expect people to think this isnt rigged if everything is done in imagination land off camera with no witnesses? Come on son.

It's Cleveland though. If it were rigged why not LA or Boston? Nobody gives a damn about Cleveland.

There actually is witnesses and it is done behind live cameras.
This link shows the actual lottery (behind the scene) but to be honest, I have no idea what's going on when they start calling out random numbers.

I have no idea either. But I refuse to believe that this is just a matter of luck. I mean, the chances of them getting a number one pick 3 of 4 years are minuscule. I never been one of those guys that says that it's rigged every year, but this just isn't right.

To expand on this Ex.. He's a young big man with excellent poise and touch inside. His post up form, with his hand high away from his body and how he holds the ball after, looks identical to Hakeem's (because that's who he modeled his game after).. It was a former college teammate or coach (can't remember which) of Hakeem's who started the comparison in the first place I think, then everyone ran with it.. Point being is I wouldn't look into too much because it's no different than the other comparisons..

Vince and Kobe were compared to Jordan for being gifted scorers who were creative at the rim with their dunks and finishes.. For all we know they could have ended up being the next Harold Minor or Jerry Stackhouse, both who had the same comparisons to Jordan when they were coming into the league.

Wiggins is compared to LeBron for being an insanely athletic, large forward as a high schooler.. For all we know he could end up being an incredible athlete, who gives max effort on defense and hits open threes, like what Gerald Green is in Phoenix, rather than LeBron, or he could end up being the next face of the franchise player that some people say..

I'm just saying there isn't much to this comparison to make it more bizarre or cringe-worthy than any other caparison that involves a 18-20 year old kid verses a top 50 of all time player. The Embiid-Hakeem comparison is the same thing we've seen with most top tier recruits for the last 20 or so years. Nothing is really being reached for that isn't the same with Wiggins-LeBron, Oladipo-Wade, Carter-Jordan, Morrison-Bird, Howard-Shaq, etc comparisons.

I'm waiting for someone to comment that Ohio isn't 28% of the country. I swear, I see a comment like that for every one of these charts.

Only 10 thousand votes though. So it could be 28% of the votes.

Yeah if not for the Back I think Embid is the clear cut guy in this draft. Every time you saw him he kept improving. I absolutely think he has that defense ability. I saw this and it's not bad Ceiling Hakeem and Floor Serge Ibaka.

on the Celtics imo hoping for Love but if keep pick it's probably Gordon or Randle.
