Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
I don't even think this should be an argument because Dirk is several levels above Love. Dirk is the best pure shooter ever and a top 20, if not 15, player."To the last minute, to the last second, to the last man, we fight"Comment

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
Not acting like Dirk was going it alone, but he was making the playoffs with a significantly less talented squad in the west. Kevin Love has played with some talented guys as well, but we're acting like he's been "going it alone."Comment

I can honestly see Bledsoe going to the Bucks or the Sixers. They both have the money, and I know they wouldn't hesitate using it..

From Brian Windhorst of ESPN.com:

The team did not announce terms of the deal, but sources told ESPN.com it is for the room midlevel exception of two years and $5.5 million.#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
Houston did definitely **** up this offseason, but I don't think it's that bad. Lin had a terrible contract and I'm pretty sure was in the doghouse most of the year. Asik wanted out all year and couldn't play with Dwight. Parsons is a tough loss but I don't think he's worth a max deal, and they were able to replace him with Ariza which isn't that steep of a drop-off. They did lose some draft picks that they didn't need to but they also still have cap flexibility to improve their team, so for that reason alone I don't think it will be that bad.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
Potentially following in the tradition of diminutive scoring point guards like C.J. Watson, John Lucas III, D.J. Augustin and fellow Seattle native Nate Robinson, free agent Aaron Brooks could be next in line to fill the role of the next Bulls' instant-offense scorer off the bench, CSNChicago.com has learned.
I think this would be a decent pickup for the Bulls if they get him. I might be more interested in Jameer if he'd take the min, but given Thibs' track record with backup PGs, this could be a fifth straight year of making a backup PG look like a star.Comment
