Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
Lol ok if you think that bc the amount of points scored by the opposing team or amount of turnovers determines how pace is a factor in defense then your clearly not thinking it through. For example if the tempo is fast both teams would throw up more shots therefore scoring more points for both teams. Turnovers are also increased with pace because faster pace means riskier passes and more possessions. The less possessions the less turnovers and points for both teams.
Oh and one season? Nah here's 2012-2013.
Top 5 slowest pace teams -(defensive efficiency ranking from best to worst)
1. New Orleans- (28th)
2. Memphis- (2nd)
3. Brooklyn- (18th)
4. Chicago- (6th)
5. New York- (17th)
Lol still not seeing a direct correlation.
And so 23 doesn't kill me, for some offseason discussion why have the thunder and warriors been pretty quiet with signings they both need something to push them over the hump but I don't see any action.

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
There's not much left in the free agent pool, man. If Kevin Love doesn't work out (doesn't look like it will) then the Warriors will probably sign a front court bench guy along w/ Livingston and BRush and call it good.
The Thunder got Morrow and I guess they're hoping that will be enough. Am I forgetting someone or was he the only one the person they signed?Comment

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
Looks like Blake Griffin has a small fracture in his back (suffered during the playoffs), expected to make a full recovery.
