You used to be one of the cool kids on OS 24th lol. They just brought back the jackets last year though. They've quietly been around though. Tony Romo has had an endorsement deal with them since '09 as a brand ambassador.

        So ready for October!

On paper LeBron and Bosh joining Wade was better than Love and LeBron joining Kyrie, IMO.. But at that time I didn't know D Wade was going to become a consistently injured player, and Bosh be quite that bad on the glass..

Marion > Miller, especially since Mike was hurt so much that first year in Miami, and he signed with this Cleveland team while still being capable of similar production.

I have a hard time believing this team will have the immediate success Miami did, mainly because of inexperience and a rookie coach.. But a lot of that depends on Andy's health and how Waiters looks.

If Waiters embraces the 4th option role and shines, their offense should be the best in the league.. If Andy can stay healthy he's leaps and bounds better than Dampier or Joel starting all year.

Defense likely won't be as high, but then again Miami compromised a solid defense with horrible rebounding, giving up too many second chance lay ups.. This team should be a top 5-8 rebounding team.

It'll be interesting to see how they all mesh, but no on paper I definitely won't think it is as stout as the duo Wade/LeBron could have been had Wade been healthy this whole time.

Edit: also see how this "offensive wizard" of a coach does with this group.. Miami's offense came around, but that first year it was iso LeBron, iso Wade, iso Bosh, Mike Bibby brick lol.

It's cleveland. I'm sure there you can find plenty of Starter gear at the Montgomery Ward's store over by the Woolworth's.

Picture an offensive situation where Kyrie runs the point asking for a double screen where both LeBron and Love come. He is able to feed LeBron on the roll, Love on the pop, attack the rim, drop to Waiters on his right side or feed MM on the other. the opposite team cannot go over, cannot go under and switching may leave Irving vs a big. thats killer.
Miami didn't have all these options. They had LbJ, Wade and a Bosh who was lost at the momment. (bibby lol)

Ofc everything can go wrong and the plays might never leave the playbook, but imo the cavs' firepower is HUGE this year.

So excited to see how they gonna roll together.

Jared Dudley traded from the Clippers to the Bucks

Adrian Wojnarowski @WojYahooNBA Follow Bucks will send Carlos Delfino and Radiluca to the Clippers for Dudley and a future first-round pick, source tells Yahoo.
                    <time pubdate="" class="dt-updated" datetime="2014-08-26T1814+0000" title="Time posted: 26 Aug 2014, 1814 (UTC)">2:59 PM - 26 Aug 2014</time>
Carlos Delfino and Miroslav Raduljica actually combine to make $4.75 million – slightly more than Dudley, who is set to make $4.25 million each of the next two years.
The big difference: Delfino and Raduljica both have fully unguaranteed 2015-16 salaries, and Dudley’s is fully guaranteed (with an early termination option).
So, the Clippers – unless they really like Raduljica, who made decent contributions as a 26-year-old rookie center last season – won’t see immediate benefits of the trade. Maybe they can flip Delfino and/or Raduljica for a player on a longer contract, but at minimum, the Clippers will have more flexibility next summer. (Update: Wojnarowski deleted a tweet saying Delfino would miss the season. If he’s healthy, he could help the Clippers on the wing.)
Until then, the hard-capped Clippers are now just $649,228 beneath their salary limit. Because of rules related to computing team salary in relation to the hard cap, the Clippers essentially have no room left to sign free agents, though they could trade for a drafted second-round rookie who is making $649,228 or less.
That’s not a long list, so don’t expect the Clippers to change much more before the season begins. The 13 players have now are likely the 13 they roll with.
The Clippers already owe the Celtics their 2015 first rounder, meaning this pick can’t be transferred until 2017 at the earliest. So, again, the Clippers’ flexibility is limited.
Either they really like Raduljica or they really wanted to dump Dudley.
For Milwaukee, this is a good way to add an asset – the draft pick, not Dudley. With or without Dudley, the Bucks probably aren’t going anywhere this season. So, they might as well take Dudley and the pick.

Dammit Cleveland! Stop getting players I like. I'm supposed to hype up a Heat-Cavs rivalry but I can't do that if I'm cheering for y'all

As long as the trade doesn't include waiters or the big three I'm good with them giving up anyone else

I didn't assume they were just done, or couldn't make moves. I just thought that would have been a simple way to add depth without giving up anything else..

I assume if they land Mozgov it's to be a starter? I didn't click the link, does it say what the trade is? I hope they don't just start trading pics just because they will be "late round".. Lots of value can be found in the late round picks.
