    Re: Cavaliers willing to forgive...

An argument can be made that the eastern conference was weaker due to the number of teams with losing records that made the playoffs. That being said, the Cavs have a much brighter future than the Jazz, unless a big market team swoops Lebron up when his contract is up.

I don't think we have any idea how Boozer feels/felt about LeBron, since we all thought Boozer was a good guy and that turned out to be just a front. As for Boozer trumpeting LeBron for the all-star game showing he enjoyed playing with him...hasn't Shaq over the last few years occasionally bestowed MANY a compliment on Kobe? Oh yeah...he doesn't always insult him, he often praised him a great deal. And we know they hated playing together.

Anyway, a quick check to ye olde last year's NBA standings helps us see that the Cavs were 6-22 against the West, and the Jazz were 17-13 against the East. The Jazz were clearly superior last year, but played in the Western conference. Now, take Boozer away from the Cavs and give him to the Jazz...and they are an even better team. Leave Boozer on the Cavs...and they're basically the same team as last year. There really is no logical argument saying the Cavs are better than the Jazz. Maybe they'll have an easier time making the playoffs or getting a higher seed because they're in the weaker conference, but that doesn't make the Cavs a better team. Just a fact.

Lebron can't play by himself....the Cavs have to surround him with talent which they haven't done a good job of doing.

Which was my point. Why on earth wouldn't Boozer want to play with Lebron? The have a good nucleus now, they just need to add a few more role players, and they are a contender in the east, in the next few years.

Boozer didn't do anything wrong. If the Cavs picked up his option he becomes an unrestricted FA next year. The Cavs let him out of his contract because they felt they could re-sign to a lengthy deal by just matching a contract. They obviously underestimated what teams would be willing to give Boozer.

If Boozer doesn't like Cleveland how is gonna feel about Utah, isn't every player on that team Foreign or white? ITS A JOKE GUYS RELAX.
