The West to Wizards speculation has me surprised. It seems like they came out of left field.

It's a shame Portland is getting nothing in return for Matthews, Aldridge, and Ro-Lo.

Would've been funny & crazy had they traded their entire core (minus Lillard) last season for a big time player.

Yeah what's wrong with Portland that players are leaving them?

Well they got dominated by Memphis but year before, they beat Houston.

The Lakers second meeting with LaMarcus is over. At this point, we'll just leave it at that

Sources said Lakers had a" good presentation" with LaMarcus Aldridge Thursday, but Lakers "don't think he was wooed" by it.

DJ is going to sit down and "go over everything" he heard from Clippers, Mavericks, Lakers, Knicks, and then decide.

As for the Clips. DeAndre has concerns about roster. Doesn't know if it will age well. Worries what happens with only 2 years left of Blake

Well if Phoenix signs Aldridge, a likely scenario would be a sign and trade with Markeiff

It seems that at this time, the Laker's best sales-pitch is that in two years Jimmy Buss will be gone.

Maybe he'll bring Steve Blake and Andrew Bynum back; that should be enough to get the Lakers to the Conference finals at the least.

And even if they did reach the Finals they would be facing a much superior Heat team to the team they beat in 2011. Cuban made a tough decision and it didn't work out but if he would have kept the gang together I think its unlikely the Mavs would even be in the position they are in now.
And what position would that be? He wasted whatever what left of Dirk's prime. I like Cuban but he thinks he is the smartest guy on the room by default and got too cute by half. Just bring back the team and let them defend the Title and if they fail then go ahead and rebuilt/reload.
