King nobody offered him anything. The Rockets offered like a million more

He said he left for an actual role on a team, not for money purposes.... not even sure why he's going on with the take care of my family stuff.

Pack he wasn't malicious about it and not even Spreewell esque, but the average person never wants to hear it because it shows how out of touch you are, period with the family comments.

Without the rest of the stuff I just posted

In short, how about be grateful for what you have, then you'll most likely get more.... you're on a winning team in a large market with great teammates and making millions. C'mon broMigo
What makes you think he's not grateful for what he has?

Why is this a discussion lol?

I mean to elaborate. Smith probably couldve phrased that slightly better, but its not like the dude is asking for donations to his paypal.

Edit again, 23 probably gonna unlike my post for what i added lol.

That wasnt the point... the point was general.. and I pointed out he's in a particular position

That point applies to all of us.

Even in a booming economy, even minimum NBA salaries are way better than the average wage worker's salaries.

They probably even compare favorably to the average worker at a hot tech startup.

Seeing that the lakers got Hibbert for a 2nd rounder I wonder why a team like OKC didn't attempt to get him ?

PS: I can share my sandwich with you Josh Smith.

They paid Kanter after the lakers had reached to an agreement with the pacers though.

I think he would have been good there.

decent signing for the minimum...hopefully they get the Dallas Sam from 2 years ago and not the NY Sam...

now they need to bring in McGee for the min

With dragic, he wouldn't play much anyways. Unless the Heat still preferred Chalmers in the rotation too.
