Re: The Finals: Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Golden St. Warriors Part 2
Am I crazy to think that him being out can have the same effect that Kendrick Perkins getting hurt in Game 6 of the 2010 Finals had on the Celtics?
They had the bodies to withstand the impact of losing him at the time, but then watching the last game and a half of that series, you can tell he was missed.
Serious question BTW.
But probably not. I think they're less dependent on Bogut than the Celtics were on Perkins.Comment

Re: The Finals: Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Golden St. Warriors Part 2
Random stats I've come across:
- Only two teams have ever forced Game 7 in the Finals being down 3-1, 51 Knicks and 66 Lakers.
- LeBron averages the most PPG (min 5 games) in elimination games @ 32.4 PPG
- Cavs are 13-0 this postseason when they shoot > 34% from 3, 1-5 when they don't.
I'm kinda worried about Love starting. If Warriors start small, he's gonna need a short leash.Comment

The way the playoffs have been going, seems like that 3-1 record is just itching to be updatedComment

Re: The Finals: Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Golden St. Warriors Part 2
For all the talk about Curry looking hurt I really feel as if something looks off about Love.
Regardless, it is odd and you do question his fit moving forward. The games he plays well they likely could have won regardless, the games they really need the extra option he's kind of a no show. It's an odd dilemma.
Ideally you could find a better fit or fits, we said that before the trade even happened though.. But realistically you've got a tiny window to compete for a ring and this team has made two straight finals and already found chemistry as a core. You keep him and he can't produce against GS you may never win a ring, you trade him and it's a poor fit you also may never win a ring. It's a tricky situation, but I believe they're basically stuck rolling with him regardless.
Even if it is just a "bad fit", or poor role, no team will offer what he's worth after this production dip. So I'm not sure them trading him would be a good idea anyways.

Every team has at least 2 of those types of players.#RespectTheCultureComment

Wonder if they just start out small to begin the game with Iggy and just go big when needed. Would pretty much allow them to switch everything like last year. Hopefully if they do start small, Cavs make an effort to get shots in the paint, especially if Green is at C. Maybe a certain someone has a solid game, especially in the post.Comment

Man...smh/lol.
One Cleveland Cavaliers fan really does not want Kevin Love to play in Game 6 of the NBA Finals on Thursday night.
Giles Debenham has set up a GoFundMe page to raise money to pay Love to sit out of the crucial matchup.
“Kevin Love is playing like a bum and just taking up room on the court. Pay this man to take a seat and let the Cavs win these finals!!” Debenham wrote in the page’s description.Comment
