You guys need to relax a bit, I don't care if he said he did it or not, he was found not gulity in a court "of justice" money or no money he was found not gulity. Let it go guys, GOD forgives so who makes you guys better not to forgive. Let God be his judge not you.

I didn't read most of this topic, as most of it was filled with off-topic discussions.

But I'm going to quote this from the article -

who was acquitted of aggravated manslaughter in the shooting death of a limousine driver

Meaning he is not guilty. He did kill the man, but was found not guilty meaning he didn't do it on purpose.

I'm glad he's back and I look forward to him coming back.

If it was my Father and it was an accident I wouldnt care about him playing ball.

If it was my Father and he was recklessly guilty I would feel the same about him if he
was driving a icecream truck, I would want him in prison not walking free PERIOD.

I dont see a difference, and its discrimination.

However, the key point is how the law treats people found "not guilty".

And the law = no prejudice against them.

You or I may think Williams is 'guilty', but legally he is not.

And that means there's absolutely nothing the NBA can do to prevent him 'applying' to work for them...

And that's the way it HAS to be...if people were allowed to prejudice everyone they individually 'think' is guilty of something, then the system would break down pretty quickly.

If someone is found not guilty for lack of evidence it has nothing to do with him. Blame the prosecutor, who didn't do his work right. He is the one to take the blame.

Isn't the highlight on BRAZILIAN a racial thing? I'm sorry dude, but I don't study simply the law in BRazil. I study the law from Brazil, England, USA, Germany (the best law system in the world), France and other places as well.
