You guys need to relax a bit, I don't care if he said he did it or not, he was found not gulity in a court "of justice" money or no money he was found not gulity. Let it go guys, GOD forgives so who makes you guys better not to forgive. Let God be his judge not you.

hey hey hey... wait a sec... The law is almost equal in the ocident. How can you determine what is right and what is wrong?

If someone is found not guilty for lack of evidence it has nothing to do with him. Blame the prosecutor, who didn't do his work right. He is the one to take the blame.

I guess you missed all of the other posters (including myself) who are also studying law or know a thing or two about it

Not guilty is not the same as innocent in the US

With that said, criminals get work release, I dont see this as such a bad thing, but I do see it as bad publicity in for the NBA. but whats new?

Not guilty and innocent are not the same thing. I suggest you go back and try to take some basic undergrad college courses to learn the difference.

I asked a friend of mine the other night who has no college degree if there were was a difference and if so explain it to me. Guess what, he got it right. Its not that difficult.

And you are 100% wrong.

I shoot a man in the face and I am found not guilty. In no way am I innocent as I commited the act.

Some guy says I punched him in the face but I didn't. I am innocent but a jury finds me guilty.

Its pretty simple.

Also leave the modding to the mods. And maybe you should concentrate on studying law in one place b/c branching out is too much for you as you lack a simple basic foundation of legal and factual concepts.
