THAT'S IT? Surely Fournier is worth more to a playoff team than 2nd round picks...that's highway robbery.

What playoff team has 17 million in outgoing salary that Fournier is improving upon though?

Orlando gets a big trade exception now and some 2nd round picks for a player they wasn't going to resign so I think its a fine move for them.

Maybe more importantly, $17 million in outgoing salary that Orlando would be interested in. They almost certainly value the fact that they're taking no money back from Boston more than the actual picks they're getting. A team that wanted to trade salary for Fournier would have had to include significantly stronger picks IMO.

Okay Bulls, time to get to work. I like this move for Boston as well.

I like this.... Since they lost Grant in FA. He's not as defensive as Grant is. But he fills a need.

Not sure I love this 2nd Bulls trade.

I do like Gordon to the Nuggets though. Still think they need a bit more wing help, should be calling Toronto about Powell.

2nd one is really just a shuffling of chairs on the bench, but I think Brown is a better prospect than either of the guys Chicago sent to Washington. In all likelihood this trade won't amount to anything for either team though.

Yep and two 2nds for Wright is a solid trade I just don’t get why it’s the Kings doing it. That’s a move teams like Lakers, Clippers, Nuggets, Celtics etc who are trying to contend and need a little more back court help, or teams like Chicago trying to crack the playoffs who need a little back court depth, those teams make that move. The Kings with Hield, Fox, Halliburton, just seems strange.

They were playing CoJo 20 minutes a night though. This is probably a solid upgrade for that role for them.

I like both Gafford and Wagner. I guess my questioning is you have Vuc and Lauri but still want Wagner too? I feel like Gafford has the potential to be a long time rim protector off the bench, and even if Chicago didn’t want to keep him around for that I think they could have gotten something better then how redundant Wagner would be for them.
