    Nope.

    7th vs. 8th. Winner is the 7th.

    9th vs 10th.

Loser of 7th/8th plays winner of 9th/10th. Winner becomes 8th seed.

I like that play in more than what I've been thinking the play in is.

But still not great though given that the NBAs lack of parity already puts those low seeds at a disadvantage.

Heat last year I think were the only non top 4 seed in the finals in maybe 2 decades?

It's totally unfair, but the talking heads are right when they say that despite having a strong turnaround season, the Knicks will now take some heat if they don't beat Atlanta in the first round.

Jazz took care of business against Sacramento, got the 1st seed for the first time since 1998

Watch us get the Lakers in the first round now when they lose to Steph and beat Memphis lol

Pretty cool stat. Jazz are the first team in NBA history to finish a season making 10 or more threes in every single game

LeBron appeared to re-injure his ankle, all to stay in a meaningless game to keep his ****ing 25 PPG streak alive. Doesn't look like he'll miss time but **** man, **** your stats!

If people have expectations of them being a legit good team - not just competitive by mid tier Eastern conference standards, but actually good - then they honestly probably should beat a #5 seed Hawks team that no one is talking about. It's their most winnable playoff series, being outside the top 3.

I really don't know who/what they are. Find that out after the regular seaaon.

What a great season...wish the Playoffs/Play-in could have included a healthy Pelicans team as well as Jamal Murray (Denver). In the East it would have been interesting to see the Heat if Oladipo had been healthy, but otherwise no complaints this will be a highly entertaining playoffs.

Rooting for the Dubs of course to upset someone and hurt some feelings before being eliminated lol.

I do think it is a disadvantage for the Play-in teams that are the 7th-8th loser vs. 9th-10th winner in the first round of playoffs. They will have one off day after the play-ins facing the 1st seeds who will have 6-7 off days.

It does feel like it is likely in the West that Lakers and GSW will be 7th and 8th seed in any order. East play-ins are totally up for grabs. You don't know how healthy Boston will be, Wizards are always up and down, Charlotte are super young especially with Hayward out, and Pacers

Shoutout to headasses like Screamin A who wanted Kyrie to retire a few months ago on his way to a 50/40/90 season.
