Golden State shouldn’t be concerned with who wins a trade 6 years down the road. They should be maximizing their title window. I don’t know that they will entertain a move like that but I think they absolutely should.
You lay out real facts in the above. I'm still saying no [emoji23]. It's not like the Warriors have lost to any of the top teams. They literally getting a shot blocker in Wiseman back. But you want to trade for a more expensive shot blocker. Again you don't know what he can fill out into. Looney is a solid player. They are 1.5 games out first place in the West. They beat the Suns, Nets, Bulls. They get Klay Thompson back.

Darius Garland.... He needs all star appearance.

Heat come back on the Hawks.

Before the stretch of games when Joel was out, I wanted him as the 6th man. But, he played well enough where Doc couldn't take him out the starting lineup.

He's still learning how to be a PG. We don't have a true PG on the team. Both he and Shake has to learn how to balance setting up teammates/facilitating and still being aggressive. That's his current problem. Too many times, it looks like he is thinking "I have to get Joel, Seth, and Tobias going first" instead of getting his at times. Part of is the whole Tobias factor. That's why I'm for moving him to allow others bigger roles. I would love to package him and a 1st for Barnes and Bagley lol
Yeah he is still giving the team more than they expected. Room to grow but still a plus guy. Seth looked more like a natural point tonight with how he was able to get a little dribble penetration to open things up, he just lacks the vision and passing to capitalize the most.

I'm just getting back into watching basketball on the regular. Is Tobias frequently indecisive? There was the obvious foot shuffle foul he committed early, but even with some his shots that went in he frequently hesitated or seemed unsure of what to do. When he was decisive he looked good.

Embid had a great game, and extremely efficient too, but I'd like to see them run the offense through him a little more. They frequently ran their half court set where it was like Embid was just "one of the guys" albeit a highly efficient one. First game in a very important back-to-back plus its a long season so makes sense to conserve him as much as possible, but I love watching a team run the offense through a big man in the post, especially as one as skilled as Embid. That free throw line and-1 jumper was Kobe-esq

In an alternative universe where the Nets and the Lakers were both something like 35-7 then the Warriors should 100% make a move like that, but in this reality the have to and should think that they can beat any team in the league in a 7 game series with their current roster at full strength. That removes the need to ship out the yutes, the weaknesses of the rest of league has given them a bigger title window then what was probably expected, IMO.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

I think he's going to be best suited when he doesn't need to put up 25+ a night. Make him the pure playmaker who sets up another guy to go off for 30. Seems like his efficiency when he's at 20 PPG works better. Cade Cunningham could be that other guy. Not sure about Sexton.

It makes damn sense to me. The league is too talented. It's a great sign. I mean ****. Hornets lose tonight to the Magic. Raptors lost to the Pistons.

That's why I've been complaining about the ratings for some of these bad teams in 2K. It's just too low in my opinion. The league is waaaay too talented.

Yes Tobias can be very indecisive. When he has a plan, he's good. But, very often often it looks like he is thinking out there. He's someone who clearly misses playing with Simmons
Embiid has taken huge strides as a leader this year so far. I think it's a product of him wanting to get others more involved. He has urged teammates to shoot more 3s. But like Tobias, too often you see players allow themselves to be ran off the 3pt line.

I still don’t agree with that. Their best hope for a guy like Wiseman is that his shot blocking and ability to stretch the floor reaches that of Turner within the next 2 years. If it does great but that also most likely means he’s played himself into a contract they can’t afford to keep, or even if they can he still wants to take the Jerami Grant route and play a bigger role elsewhere. Turner is already accustomed to playing the role they need, at the money they need, it just makes too much sense. He’s only 25, it’s not like they are shipping out youth for guys that make the team old and lower the development curve.
