Crowder situation is weird to me. I know they are looking for a trade but he just remains away from the team in the meantime? Feel like he would provide at least some value to the team in the short time. Likely increase his trade value if he shot well too.

Yeah this one is weird.

No different than the Wall situation last year.

I think it's kind of different. When these young teams do it. I usually think they are trying to get other players minutes. Which can mean tanking in a way. But when a Championship caliber team does this. It usually feels like a disagreement

I might have to start paying attention to the Pelicans, lol. No Zion, no BI, no Herb Jones and they beat the Mavs with eight players in double figures???? Interesting.

Looks like David Griffin and Willie Green are building something special in N.O. I like that little Alvarado cat.

Alvarado has to be the must annoying player in the league which is a great title to have. Last night I watched him score a basket and then pulled up like his hamstring or back was hurting.... They inbound the ball and then all of sudden he was running from behind trying to steal the ball. I ****ING LOVE IT!! I want that guy on my team.

The other player I've been waiting to see it the Draft with the HOT MOM. He played well during the preseason. But with all everyone healthy to start the season He wasn't going to get minutes. But with so many out. He had a very decent game. He's supposed to replace Lonzo but with a better shot at a younger age. He plays great defense.

I hope this is just an early-season thing and not a long term.

I really keep trying to imagine this OKC team with Chet in the middle. SGA has been dangerous for a while. But with Giddey's improvement and Tre Mann looks good too. Not to mention all those picks. Only good things can happen from here on.

Guys like him do the "little things" that help you win those tight playoff games in May when every possession is crucial.

Until he pulls some underhand shady**** lol. Those are the guys in the NFL who fake injuries to slow down the offense's no huddle attack.

Technically no, but I think situationally it’s a lot different.

Houston wasn’t trying to really win games. They didn’t want Wall taking minutes and touches from their young guards that they are building their futures with. With Phoenix even if you were justifying it by giving Cam a bigger role the ball is still in CP3 and Books hands. Crowder could easily have a role off the bench for them. Idk it seems weird. His contract isn’t so big that he won’t get offers all year long like Wall either.

Well, we also don’t know if they had that conversation with him about that or if they did and he didn’t want to do it.

Either way, it’s all silly, just like the Wall situation was silly and this one is now.

(And by silly, I mean situations like this but I’ve made my stance on this particular issue known already for the last year or so)
