He's gotten off to a very bad start but previous seasons it wasn't as bad. The potential concern is that there has been a consistent year to year decrease in his 3 pt shooting %Comment

The game is just too easy for Joker man. I don’t remember seeing a more randomly “good for no reason” player as him.Comment

What a beautiful dish by Jokic. He looked like he was still trying to secure the rebound and nonchalantly fools everyone with a perfect dime for an and 1.

Everything he does on the court is nonchalant. I think back to other guys who we said make the game look easy and I realize that compared to him they really didn'tComment

Joker is a big Larry Bird with a ZBo bully game, has Dirk fade-a-ways in the bag, and rebounds like Kevin Love.Comment

Re: 10/18 - 10/31 Games Discussion Thread
The team doesn't seem to play with any energy or cohesion. It's hard to see the addition of "dawgs" and toughness that were brought in. Yeah, Harden looks better, but he's still struggling to find the balance of being a facilitator and scorer. Embiid is playing himself into shape. Either Maxey disappears in games when he isn't getting fed or he tries to force bad looks. Harris isn't a bad 4th option, but don't think him being a spot up only guy is his best playstyle. This team seems to just stand around doing nothing at times leading to transition points and missing rebounds on both sides. None of the holdover bench guys gets minutes outside of Niang. There might be a need to change the starting lineup. Ideally there needs to be a Tobias trade where you get back an athletic 3 & D wing and a backup PG.
I don't see Doc Rivers being the coach next year. I do wonder if it gets to point where they do it in season. It gets to the point where when do you put it on the coach. The team doesn't seem well-coached so far and seems to get out-coached every night. They do have 3 good in-house candidates with Joerger, Cassell, and Burke. Joerger has the HC experience, but my only concern is his health. I would lean Cassell. Doc just gets too set in his ways and doesn't want to adjust. I've never seen him hold himself accountable after a loss.Comment
