Not sure this game decides a ton, these dudes haven’t even had a game together yet. But yeah every game is nearly a must win now. I’m not saying throw in the towel but the trades should have been made a month ago, or longer. They made the right moves, moves that will definitely help this team next year regardless when they actually have games, practices, and off-season together. They just waited too long.
But a rookie coach, full roster overhaul, management of Russ, coaching superstars like Bron and AD, and then roster reconstruction at literally the very last day you could make changes. All of that is just not the recipe for success.
Part of me wonders if Rob/Jeanie would make the Hield/Turner trade in hindsight. I don’t think what they ended up with was much worse, if at all, but it seemed they wanted money this off-season and that was the driving point for not doing that deal. Now that they punted on that plan it makes you wonder where they would be with that trade from day 1.Comment

Nobody on Dallas has double digit shots tonight outside of Luka.. they lost both games with Luka + Kyrie, and were 2-0 with just Kyrie… Luka has the ball too damn much.Comment
