    Whoa...

Lindsey Hunter suspended 10 games for violating the NBA's anti-drug policy.

Why did I just see this and not hear about it sooner? When did this come down?

    EDIT: http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=2791107

The NBA announced Wednesday that Pistons' point guard Lindsey Hunter has been suspended without pay for 10 games for testing positive for phentermine, a weight loss pill banned by the league.

Hunter scored 20 points, matching his total as a Pistons rookie in Golden State's 1993 win at the Palace, in Detroit's 111-93 loss to the Warriors Monday night.

Hunter's suspension will begin with Wednesday night's game between the Detroit Pistons and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

      ...

      Wow.

Awesome defense and shot selection when it matters, guys.

This is going to be a long month.

Well, the West trip begins tonight at Denver for the Pistons. Not good for the team to be starting on this trip on a 2-game losing streak.

So Rasheed is suspended for tomorrow's game vs. the Clippers for getting his 16th tech last night...

That tech was BS. Since when do the refs T him up for yelling "Ball don't lie!"?!

RobUofM, it looks like your prediction is on point. I never anticipated that the Magic would go on such a freefall like they have over the last few weeks. So far our first first-round pick of the upcoming NBA Draft is up to 14 spot, and it may go even higher with the way they've been playing. The latest update of NBA Draft.net has New Jersey getting Acie Law IV right before our pick. I can't see the Nets getting Law since they are happy with how Marcus Williams is performing. If anything, they'll most likely be looking for a swingman to fill the huge void that'll be left if Vince Carter leaves to sign a mega contract somewhere.

Anyway, the Pistons have been looking good on this West trip so far. Too bad we had to catch Seattle tonight with both Ray Allen and Rashard Lewis playing. That team has been playing very competitive ball lately with these guys back.

              Whew, thank god.

Ray Allen was a madman in the 4th, but the good guys hang on for the 101-97 win.

Yeah, Ray Ray was sick in the 4th quarter. Good thing he missed just enough shots for us to prevail in the end. I was also wondering how long Chris Wilcox would be allowed to dominate before the Pistons figured out it might be a good idea to guard him.

C-Webb is starting to look more and more comfortable out there. I noticed some new plays were ran through him during this game.

                Anyway, on to Portland.

4-0 so far on the WC. Not too shabby!

Tonight really surprised me. I expected them to be out of gas after last night's game in Seattle, but they executed beautifully.

Lets hope they finish the trip in style.

Now here comes the fun part of the Pistons schedule. We have the Suns tomorrow night to end the West trip, then the Mavericks at home Sunday, followed by the Spurs and Rockets on the road later next week... and a home game against the Sixers sandwiched in between. It'll be interesting to see how these games turn out.

Wow, an *** whippin' was put on tonight! Great win! 5-0 on the west coast road trip! Sweet!

Hope Billups isn't out long. Murray stepped it up big time tonight. I'm stunned.

When was the last time the Pistons swept a west coast trip?

BTW, I totally forgot about this game (March Madness)...what happened to Chauncey?

It's being reported at MLive that Chauncey Billups is going to play tonight against the Rockets, wearing a Velcro wrap around his thigh.

Richard Hamilton has been getting bruised up lately, but he's going to give it a go tonight as well.
