I agree. Lee's gonna want $10M/yr which is crazy. He's put up huge numbers but he's tailor-made for this system.

    Anyways...4 in a row. I'll take it.

Dare I say Harrington has been consistent as hell.

Duhon finally realizing that the season started.

If Crazy Eddy can give us something down low...this may get interesting.

Lee won't cme back at that price, agreed. But he is their only true rebounder. I don't think he is a product of the system. He was 10-10 even before D'Antoni and no one is asking him to be 20-10 if the Knicks land a true threat at the 2 and Gallinari continues to develop.

Rebuilding through the draft...isn't that what they've been doing all this time?

Not really, kinda tough to do that when every other year you're giving your lottery pick to Chicago, Portland or Utah. We've had the late first rounders and few lottery picks (Frye, Hill, Gallo) but we should have had more.

This is exactly why rebuilding through the draft is too damn risky. You should really say "Lets hope the Knicks somehow get the first pick in the draft." Cuz thats the only way they're going to succeed using that strategy.

Well, it doesn't help when you have an incompetent front office making ******** choices.

Jordan Hill may be going to the D-League. Awesome, coulda had Jennings or Ty Lawson but no, we've got our lottery pick heading to the D-League.

And Walsh couldn't sign Iverson because it would hurt the development of the young players. Remember that line?

first off, thanks JEFF for the that draft history in one tidy list. I didnt need to see all that...makes it seem even more horrible all bunched together one one page lol

still not nor might i ever be a fan of the pick of HILL.

Ok lets say Walsh WAS drafting HILL and TONEY to replace NATE and LEE if they happened to leave via FA.

Why then couldnt he have flipped it and gotten a PG with the early pick and a HILL type with the late pick? Since Hill aint playing, it wouldnt have made a difference.

                      mind boggling.

From the outside looking in, it seems Walsh had all his hopes on Curry, but had no Plan B when that didn't work out. Not a good sign. It makes me worry about his backup plan if he can't land one of the big free agents.

                        47 three-point attempts last night..(sigh)... I HATE f*****g D'Antoni's style.

Going on Christmas vacation for two weeks. Talk to you cats next year!

I just don't understand this. Hill didn't look terrible when he did play, and who do they have that's so great instead? Jonathan Bender? Come on man, what development? They can't even give Douglas minutes when Duhon's playing like he doesn't belong on an NBA team and they have no depth.

This whole season is a joke, and yes, I say this after a win against the Clippers, so it's not spur of the moment.

I don't get it either, Hill has not looked overmatched or detrimental when he's out there. Why not let him play?

The best reason I and the rest of the Knicks fans can come up with is that we're still showcasing our vets so we can get a trade hopefully. Curry and Effries primarily. Effries has been playing real well recently, good defense and good activity when he's on the court. Curry? Naaah. I think we'll see more Hill in the second half of the season after All-Star break.

Good win tonight against the BETcats though. Gallinari looked good despite struggling from 3 and missing a couple important FTs. He made up for it with the game saving rejection. He got to the line, he showed some midrange game and ballhandling ability.

And let this be the only time I say this...COCKBLOCK FTW!!!!!!
