Yea, let's remember how great Chris Duhon looked at one point feeding David Lee on the pick-and-roll.

I think Felton-to-Stoudemire is an obvious upgrade, but D'Antoni can work magic with a point guard.

Even Larry Brown said Felton was "going from PG hell in Charlotte to PG heaven in NY."

The you must have been on fire when Ewing did "The Finger Roll". I swear I never take sports THAT serious but that particular night I would have tried to punch Ewing dead in the mouth for that bull bleep.

That was the low point of my life as a fan. I sat there and stared at the TV for about 15 minutes after he missed that - though I don't think he could have dunked that ball.

              Thank you.

I was going to actually mention this but I didn't want to remind anyone of that memory.

It was 1995. I was 13. And I cried that entire day.

In fact, that moment is what my cousins always point to as the day they realized that I loved the Knicks. They still mention it till this day. Rather than being a happy kid celebrating my cousin's birthday, I was devastated by the Knicks Game 7 loss to the Pacers.

I felt really confident Felton would do great in NY. Get him in an offense where you have a couple weapons around him and let him play. In Charlotte he had no inside presence and basically handed the ball off to Gerald Wallce or Stephen Jackson.

I'm really happy to see him doing so well and yes I'm on the bandwagon...

You and me both bro. I was screaming "Why didn't you dunk it?!! Why?!!" That one really hurt cuz I really wanted that rematch with Houston for that Chip.

I was 14 at the time. Basketball and the Knicks was what I was all about.

True, though that was the ECSF in '95. We still woulda had to get through Orlando to see Houston again. 1995 was the only post-season (outside of the absurd Heat/Knick brawl-suspension) where the Knicks were "upset" in the 1990's. The only time they really came up short. Every other year we just lost to better teams. Very disappointing end to that season.

True true. Now that i think about it. I was definitely way more angry about the Heat/ Knick brawl suspension. We were clicking on all cylinders and had that series in the bag when P.J. Brown tossed Ward like he had no regard for human life. The NBA stole that series from the Knicks.

It's ok, they gave us Patrick Ewing.

By the time the Knicks/Heat rivalry started I had already given up hope on us winning a title with Patrick. That was a great rivalry with many memories but it just didn't mean as much to me as the Bulls or Pacers because I didn't feel we were contenders and I was bitter at that point lol. Hell, I honestly wasn't excited at all when we made the Finals in 1999. Partly because the strike had really pissed me off in regards to the NBA and partly because I knew the Spurs would destroy us.
